Decent hotel for the price. It’s a walking distance from the bus stop and the front desk is open 24/7 so if you’re arriving late, it’s a perfect choice. Rooms are ok, quite clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly. Also close to a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Room is clean service is good.

Location: Strategic if you are travelling to Sapa via Soviet Sleeper Bus. Minutes walk, very convenient for early departures. Amenities: Not for long stays, ok for a night or two. We experienced a blackout due to faulty wirings in the middle of the night. I believe the front reception staff cum Facility tech, was Wee, very accommodating. But he handled all alone with the help of my husband within 30-45min. Service: Very friendly and good upfront service. Overall, was inconvenient but for the price you are paying for a night it was good night sleep. Wee should be heavily commissionioned to wear so many hats in that Facility. Was happy with his accommodating service.

Great place, clean rooms & beautiful staff who make you feel very welcome! I would recommend anyone who is visiting to stay here! Its great value for money, breakfast was included which we enjoyed, it was an egg sandwich in a lovely vietnemese bagguette , it was delicious, they order it in for you & fruits! Its in a fantastic location, plenty of resturaunts/bars nearby! We had a wonderful stay here, we were made to feel very welcome, excellent value for money! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I wish we could have stayed longer! ❤️
