Đây là khách sạn ba sao, rất tốt theo tiêu chuẩn ba sao. Khi nhận phòng, khách đều là người phương Tây và có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh. Không có dịch vụ buổi trưa. Hầu hết các khách sạn ở phố cổ đều được xây dựng. Nếu trời mưa vào ban đêm khi bạn nhận phòng, hãy tránh tầng 3 vì chúng được xây bằng mái tôn nếu trời mưa to vào ban đêm sẽ phát ra âm thanh “nổ”, nhưng đối với người dân địa phương thì không. Nói cách khác, điều này rất phổ biến; ngoài ra, căn phòng còn có hai cửa, một trong số đó là cửa an toàn được bố trí như hình bên dưới. Bữa sáng ở tầng trên cùng, tuy nhỏ nhưng cung cấp dịch vụ đặt hàng. Dịch vụ này rất thân thiện và bạn có thể lặp lại đơn hàng. Nó đầy sự chân thành.

Quán nằm gần Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, cách Lăng Bác và Hồ Tây không xa nên đi bộ di chuyển dễ dàng, cung cách phục vụ của nhân viên nhìn chung là hài lòng.

Everything was amazing, the location nearby to the old quarter and by walk can find shop, restaurant, cafe, the room bit small but comfortable clean, staff are helpful and so kind, breakfast was tasty even limited choices. Am staying on 2nd floor the corridor a bit messy with equipment.

Ana and Rose were the most enthusiastic hosts to welcome you. Check-in after 12nn was a breeze. We were ushered into our room on the second floor. It was an executive room with twin beds and a balcony. We thought that it would be noisy as it was facing the road but it wasnt. The location was convenient (it was on a side street) rather than along the main road (Pho Hang Bo). The room was very big, impressive. The amenities were ok: towel, bedsheets, hair dryer, toiletries - decent enough to do their function. Breakfast was included, and you need to go to the 6th floor. The fare included both local food (pho) and western style like french toast. I love hanging by the balcony looking at the daily going ons of the local people, observing go about their daily life: hawking fresh fruits and flowers, eating pho... Location: it is at the center of the Old Quarter and it's mostly about 8 to 12 mins walking distance to some of the key attractions like the train street, the night market, the St. Joseph Cathedral, the prison museum. I dont mind booking this hotel again if I ever visit Hanoi again.

Solo pase una noche en el hotel y fue muy bien, la habitación muy limpia, el baño amplio, A/A, el desayuno muy bueno . La atención por parte del personal muy bien también. Para las personas occidentales es un buen sitio, no hay ruidos y está cerca de la mayoría de sitios turísticos, incluso está cerca de la zona de bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, bancos.

Very Great Stay! From first moment we come, this hotel was more than we hope. The staff is amazing — very friendly, always with big smile and ready to help every time. Even late night, if we need something, they help fast and kind. Breakfast was so tasty — fresh food, many choices, something for everyone. Every morning we look forward for it, because it was really good start of day. Staff also give us very good advice about city. They tell us what to visit, how to go with transport, and even small special places we not find alone. Because of them, we see the best parts of city like local people. Room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. All was working perfect. We feel very welcome and happy all time. They also do laundry.

Great hotel, super friendly staff! They happily did a very early morning check in and stored bags for the day (and a bathroom to use before night buses!). Bed was comfy and clean! Bathroom has toiletries available. I didn't have breakfast but heard it was good!

Nice Hotel. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to help us. Location was very convenient. Room was nice, breakfast was given every morning upstairs. Staff helped us with our transportation needs - helped arrange transport to Sapa and then back to Hanoi.

Exceptional hotel with amazing staff! Me, my husband, and my parents stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our Vietnam trip. Our room was very clean, spacious with nice windows. The breakfast had exactly what you would need before going out on tours for the day. Lots of other restaurants, circle k and pharmacies around. The location was perfect! The number 1 best part about this hotel is all of the staff members! Even before we arrived in Hanoi, I was in touch with Anna and other staff online and they were providing assistance with airport transports and transport to Ha Long Bay. My luggage was lost in San Francisco and Anna stated she will call Eva airlines to inquire where it is if it did not show up the next day. The staff made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend!!

Centrally located, charming and extremely helpful staff - definitely recommended! Good starting point for experiencing Hanoi. Great view of the street life from my balcony. They helped us with everything from recommending a beauty salon to buying stamps.

A great little hotel in the middle of Hanoi's old quarter. The FRIENDLIEST staff - so helpful, knowledgable and perfect English. Our room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. All amenities close by - food, cafes, shopping etc.
