Khách sạn Peridot Gallery Classic

Đây là chuyến đi đầu tiên của chúng tôi đến Việt Nam và chúng tôi rất vui vì đã chọn Khách sạn Peridot Gallery cho kỳ nghỉ tại Hà Nội. Nó nằm ở vị trí chiến lược trong khu phố cổ và có rất nhiều cửa hàng, quán cà phê và quán ăn nhỏ thú vị xung quanh. Mọi thứ đều có thể đi bộ được. Chúng tôi rất ấn tượng với dịch vụ của nó, tất cả nhân viên đều sẵn lòng giúp đỡ và sẽ cố gắng hết sức để đáp ứng nhu cầu của chúng tôi! Khi chúng tôi phải đi bộ đến khách sạn chị em của họ để hẹn gặp SPA, họ thậm chí còn phân bổ một nhân viên để dẫn chúng tôi đến đó! Bữa sáng có chất lượng tốt nhất! Chúng tôi cũng dành thời gian để thưởng thức quán bar trên sân thượng vào ban đêm! Nói chung, chúng tôi thực sự hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ của mình và không ngần ngại giới thiệu cho người khác!

Charming hotel with good panorama view from the rooftop terrace. We booked the Junior Suite for a bigger room and balcony. The bathroom was sizable for Old Quarter but unfortunately the water pressure/shower head made it very difficult to have a proper shower.

All of the receptionists, housekeepers, and bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. If there’s anything to be improved on, I think it’s the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were nice but they prioritized asking me my room number instead of giving/showing me the menu first, I had to even ask for it.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is very thought out. Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, large bathtub and shower. Rooftop area had amazing views of the city.

I made reservations for three rooms and checked in at the front desk in the morning but by 3 p.m., there were still no rooms available for me. The building had very few windows and no distinction between sizes, yet the prices varied significantly. The facilities in the rooms were old and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The hotel's pool, despite looking nice in photos, turned out to be just a small kiddie pool. The hotel staff had difficulty understanding English and Mandarin, making communication challenging. Furthermore, the location was not particularly convenient. Overall, this hotel is not worth the high price.
