Dịch vụ rất tốt. Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Chỉ là căn phòng hơi nhỏ, nhưng tôi không thể làm gì được, ở phố cổ là vậy. Ngoài ra, vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt. Thích hợp cho lần đầu tiên bạn đến Hà Nội để trải nghiệm phố cổ Hà Nội.

Nhân viên khách sạn siêu thân thiện. Dịch vụ ngang bằng, nếu không muốn nói là tốt hơn tất cả Bốn Mùa tôi đã ở. Hạn chế duy nhất là căn phòng tôi chọn quá nhỏ.

This was an excellent stay. One of the bests I’ve ever had. Great location, clean, comfortable and luxurious room. The staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The breakfast is excellent. Definitely recommended.

Convenient location to explore Old City. The service is attentive and the design is nice. But the hotel rooms are not the biggest one, so good choice for a short stay without too many luggage

The hotel is really value for money. Centrally located with many places of interest within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to specially commend the General Manager Jack. We need to go for a site visit before taking an evening flight our of Hanoi. Jack arranged for us to take a shower so that we feel fresh and good! We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended! I am just concerned that after i sent out this review, they will be so popular that they could be fully booked the next time we want to stay again.

お部屋も十分に広く、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。清掃もとても綺麗にしてくださって本当に助かりました。特にスタッフの方はとても優しく、さまざまな情報を教えてくださり、気遣いも素晴らしかったです。このホテルに泊まるべきです。

房間和窗景都很漂亮，且位置較好，還劍湖附近重要景點基本步行20分鐘內可達，大教堂就在旁邊，rooftop bar可以看到。 問題也有，街景房用的是浴缸，下水有很大問題，洗澡時積水嚴重，修理人員不會英文溝通有障礙，人來了兩次，第二次修了很久也衹有稍好一些，不解決根本問題。 因為説預訂全滿，無法換房間，但晚上一個類似負責人的給了一張別的樓層房卡可以先去那邊洗澡，雖然麻煩但也接受了，結果還沒洗完，朋友就發消息給我説前台催還房卡了，很無語。 我們説這間房之後應該暫時關閉進行徹底修理，負責人説他們會的，結果第二天因為航班取消，我想延遲到2點退房前台眼鏡女拒絕，我説那收拾下，12:30來退，她很強硬説要12點退，因為房都訂滿了需要打掃（攜程那天明明還顯示有房），所以是不打算把房間修好就繼續賣出去嗎？前台戴眼鏡女職員的態度真的很讓人費解，完全解決不了問題，衹會照章辦事！扣大分
