So switched on, no alternative, survival first option. The sofa bed was one of the worst I ever slept. We selected every night who should bear the pain to sleep there. Garbage of the building is on the next door: likely I had a cold and could not smell well. My wife was not so lucky. She threatened to leave me there but then she remained ..... Customer service is atrocious, hanging up on their customers. Do you have question of any type? They will recommend to read the check in instruction…..

DO NOT USE GLOBAL STAY IN HAMILTON ONTARIO THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL NOT CALL BACK AFTER DOZEMS OF REQUESTS..AFTER 30 HOURS WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL THEY SAID" WE CALLED AND I DIDNT ANSWER" IN EMAIL ..I KEEP PHONE BESIDE ME WHOLE TIME..THEY ASKED FOR CC INFO AFTER I BOOKED THRU ******* THAT STATES IN ******* INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO GIVE 3RD PARTY CC INFO...THEY WENT FROM A 200 SECURITY DEPOSIT TO A 500 SECURITY DEPOSIT THEN DEMANDED TO HAVE IT SENT THRU ETRANSFER WE WALKED AWAY WITH 200 LOSS NOT WILLING TO TAKE CHANCE WITH A 500 EXTRA LOSS...DISGUSTING VILE MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION !!! SHAME ON THEM WASTED HOURS AND HOURS TRYING TO SORT AND DOZENS OF EMAILS.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. My husband and I booked a room here at the one on Cannon st in Hamilton and everything was fine at first, at least it seemed normal. Our 14 month old son was playing with my phone and got into the *********** app and canceled the reservation. When we noticed this we tried call them like 100 times to see if they could reverse the cancellation but every-time we called the line was busy the customer we dialled was no longer in service or they answered but couldn’t hear us and hung up the phone right away. VARY DUCKING SKECHY. I do not recommend this place at all. WHAT A DUCKING SCAM.

DO NOT USE GLOBAL STAY THEY ARE TERRIBLE - informed of stain on sheet upon arrival. Nothing was done. See messages - somebody knocked on the door asking if we needed sheets? I assume this was the missing sheet you’re ‘charging’ us for. Disgusting - dog barking throughout the trip, had zero nights sleep. Have video evidence - internet wasn’t working for half the trip - heater in the bedroom had to be turned off from breaker. - you had the nerve to leave us a bad review when we informed you of the issues.

DO NOT BOOK with this apartment through ***********. because i could not get ahold of *********** fast enough for this apartment company they will not refund me The WHOLE amount that i paid. This is absolutely ridicules

As advertised - clean and spacious. Loved the downtown location. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a skylight that made bathing very enjoyable.

Awedome place I loved it i would so stay again

They asked for a lot of personal information (Driver's license, photo...) before the arrival by email and the information, security seems not so good. The information to access the room was sent really late, making it seems like a scam...Was definitely not the best experience.

Never got to stay at the property i was actually really pissed that my money was taken by ******* and that i wasn't able to get a refund... so im not at all impressed with the overall situation
