Well, due to swoop cancelling my flight, I was unable to use the hotel booking. And off course there was no refund. Oh well.

We were there on new years eve to get a flight in am.
The noise was terrible above us and next to us. We got no sleep.The heating system is very old.No temperature control.It was either to warm or we turned the heat off and then it was too cold.
We were told that breakfast was at 4 am but the door to eating area was locked. Due to a person problem in the lobby the attendant at the desk disappeared and was not even available by phone. We couldn't check out so left our room entrance cards at the desk.
We got no sleep,no breakfast and no am service!

We had no heat in our room. We stayed Dec 23,2023 and it was a cold night. We were so cold we couldn't sleep.

Really old run down motel type place. Except when i checked in, there was never any staff at the desk. The room was very dirty. I was jervous to even sleep in the bed. I checked for bed bugs, found more pieces of old food and garbage around and under the bed.
Soend the extra money to stay somewhere else, this place is awful. Not worth the money at all.

The location was convenient for us. The hotel itself has gone down hill since we last stayed here. Too bad since it is a good location but it badly requires some attention.

Extremely friendly lady at the front desk. Room could be a bit cleaner. Free breakfast could have more….. cereal, toast, bagels and juice. Overall for the price I was happy.

Very noisy heaters {some instructions would help}
Curtains at the windows very poor condition {dreadful first impression when entering the room}.
Breakfast was adequate, but the appliances are in poor condition. It would certainly help the staff if the hotel was improved. The staff were first rate.

The plugged in heater in the room continually blew the breaker all night long. Got very cold in room overnight. No coffee pot in room as stated. The so-called “super” complimentary breakfast was cold coffee in the pot which had been there since 4am, wrinkled apples, a nutribar and mini store bought muffins My son was writing an exam at the airport so had to go find somewhere for breakfast as they had nothing. The only good thing was the staff was friendly. Should have looked at reviews before booking.
