Nhân viên trợ giúp đặc biệt đã đợi tôi n*** cả khi tôi nhận phòng muộn, thông tin trên Trip.com không được cập nhật về thời gian nhận phòng trễ. Bữa sáng ổn, bãi đậu xe ở tầng dưới cũng ổn với giá 7 euro, giá cả hợp lý. Cảm ơn

Hotel in Ordnung. Leider etwas laut wegen der Autobahn. Keine Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

很好的一次體驗，登記住宿的時候非常方便；服務員非常友善，有一種賓至如歸的感覺。可惜這次要早點離開，沒吃上早飯。旁邊就是一個大超市！

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM after a 6.5 hour drive. The hotel front desk was closed and we could not check in (the front desk closed at 8:00 PM). While this policy was stated in the conformation email, it is very unusual and wasn't obvious from the selection screen in the ********** app. There was no way to contact the hotel and we were out in the cold and out the cost of the night's stay. I don't know about cleaniness, etc. because we never saw the inside of the hotel, but the experience was extremely agrivating and needs to be much better disclosed/understood (even pizza places will reach out to you to tell you to pick up your pizza before they close).

Good hotel Be aware, reception and bar close 20:00 pm, nothing to eat or drink if you arrive late.

Lovely and comfy, very pleasant staff and short driving distance from Innsbruck

Easy access to Innsbruck via train or bus. Room was clean and of a good size. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would return. Be nice if a kettle was provided in the rooms.

Very comfortable and clean. Had a supermarket in the same building very convenient.

Property and staff are top notch. Greeted with a smile. Breakfast buffet has scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, yogurt, fruit, hot drinks, juice, etc. Parking is in a garage below for a small fee. Was very impressed with this hotel in its entirety.

The room was clean, newly decorated. The reception lady was unfriendly and kind of angry on any question.

A really good option if you want to stay in Innsbruck but outside the city center at just 10 min by car for a reasonable price.

In general the property was nice. Not too far away from Innsbruck. Close to the highway. If your planning for a long trip, its in an industrail area. So limited options for food or so in the evenings. Parking costs extra and is ridiculously costly for the area.
