我住過日本最差的温泉酒店！！！而且還是價格最貴的。應該是Tirp推薦的最差的酒店，中間存在什麼勾兑不得而且知？設備設施陳舊不堪，老化現象嚴重、房間內瀰漫著濃烈的刺鼻黴味、讓人巨烈的咳嗽且難以入睡。Tirp上標註的酒店聯繫電話根本沒有人接聽！到到酒店也十分不方便，接送賓客根本沒有禮貌完全一副無所謂的態度。與我前一天住的酒店天壤之別。除食物尚在線的外，我將授於此店最差稱號。總之Tirp在App上強推的酒店是極不友好的惡劣行為

I stayed for one night in June 2024. The food was phenomenal and the staff were extremely attentive and considerate. Thank you especially to Megumi who took such great care of me. Having a private onsen with a great view was quite an experience, it was absolutely amazing. They have a free shuttle service for pick up and drop off at Gora Station (and I think other areas close by) so just let them know you need it. This was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you for having me!

There was a small hiccup prior to arrival since I read there would be public phones nearby to call for the shuttle service, however the shuttle driver said he only knows of public phones near Gora station (we were at the Kowakien bus stop). Ended up using a local's phone to call the hotel and they came quickly. So just an FYI for others!
We had an excellent experience during our stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Ayami, as we interacted with her the most. She provided wonderful service and is so kind! The food was delicious and we felt so happy and full after each meal. The room was lovely with an amazing view and many amenities. I would highly recommend two nights if possible. When it was time to leave, we were shuttled to Gora station. It was truly a magical experience and I can't wait to come back!

It was my first time staying at a Ryokan for a night with my younger brother and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel staff greeted us at the entrance and made us feel welcome. They kept our luggage for us to be able to explore the area. They also spoke English well and would speak to us in English when we had trouble saying certain phrases in Japanese. They made the stay comfortable! The dinner and breakfast course was very tasty, とってもおいしい! The young lady that served us spoke to us in Japanese but would speak in English to accommodate us when needed! She also recommended a tasty sake name Denshin which I will be getting more of in the U.S. We appreciate her! I also would like to stay here again next year. 来年もここに泊まりたい

All staff are very friendly. There is suttle bus available from Gora Station to the hotel, very convenient. Food is excellent. Private onsen is very relaxing. Worth the money to stay.

If I could ever rate a stay six stars - this is the place. Whatever you think a 5 star stay means - prepare to be blown away. This ryokan stay is in the most exquisite location in the mountains of hakone. The best onsen out of the 10 onsens we stayed in and the best meals in two weeks in Japan. This is the ryokan meant for a shogun.

We decided to splurge on a nice ryokan for our honeymoon and chose Gora Hanaougi after it had been recommended to us. Wow, we've never experienced anything like it. The property was gorgeous, the service was next-level, the food was delicious, and our room with the private open-air onsen was incredible. The staff was incredibly helpful with logistics and baggage too. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to all of our friends!

Absolutely fantastic - lovely traditional room with private onsen and complimentary drinks. Staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Pick up from Gora station, and they were even kind enough to bring my Suica card to the station when I forgot it when I checked out. The Kaiseki meal was incredible, as was breakfast, all served in our own private dining room. The public onsen was lovely too. Expensive stay, but worth it.
