Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the shop attached to help others find what they are looking for.

Sauberes Hotel mit außen und innen Swimmingpool. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Der Hoteldirektor schreibt eine persönliche Email mit der Empfehlung eines ruhigen Zimmers 🙂 (sehr hilfreich beim Einchecken) EINMALIG IN DER WELT!!!

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15. The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. 離機場近，環境還行，服務一般，訂大床房check in時説沒有房了，硬塞了雙床房，早餐很簡單，巴士難等
