At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

El hotel está recientemente reformado y en general muy elegante y con zonas de estar, terrazas etc muy bonitos. Pero le falta un gimnasio y quizas algo más de entretenimiento. El bufet tanto de desayuno como de cena es correcto, pero sin pasarse en calidad. Cocina variada pero sin riesgos. Pero en general hemos disfrutado nuestra estancia y con un par de detalles estaríamos hablando de 5 estrellas.

리뷰가 극과극으로 갈리는 곳.. 가보니 이유를 알겠습니다 시설, 서비스는 좋아요 수영장에 세탁건조기(성능은 영) 사우나 스파까지 무료로 이용 가능하고 건물구조가 특이허지만(1,8층 리셉션, 엘베 2대 갈아타기 등)적응하면 괜찮습니다 저희는 택시가 길을 못 찾아서 캐리어끌고 언덕을 올랐는데, 1층 리셉션은 spar 마트쪽에 있어요. 친절하긴 한데 에어컨 고장으로 2번이나 불렀는데도 안와서 그냥 포기했습니다 여기는 올드타운 한가운데, 사실 위치보고 예약했는데 그야말로 클럽거리 한가운데 있어서 숙소 안에 있어도 밤새 콘서트장에서 지내는 기뷴입니다 방음이 안되어 새벽 5시까지는 함께 즐기셔야해요 이 소음이 외국분 리뷰 표현처럼 어나더레벨ㅋㅋ입니다 세계여행 하는데 여긴 참 애매해요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식도 나쁘지 않은데 그냥 애매합니다…. 개인적으로는 알부페이라 딱 이 골목만 아니면 덜 시끄럽고 좋을듯 해요!!

I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff! Absolutely wonderful. Dinner and Breakfast included with my room is an added bonus. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Must stay if you are in Faro! Lynn Ray

Lovely hotel (although the rooms are a little dated) brilliant pool and close to local bars and restaurants. Room was cleaned every other day with nice and friendly staff. Would recommend

The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the city center and right next to the beach. It is charmingly decorated and has a great view towards the city and the ocean. Some things are a bit old and could be better cared for. Our room could definitely use a renovation but still retains a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast organization today, not enough plates and cutlery and most no one to lift up the tables. Food was also scarse but tasty.
