Booked a standard room for my friends who were accompanying us for the trip Room was adequate for their use and they were happy with the breakfast that came with the booking

We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel. When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors. For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

這次來福安玩，住了格林東方酒店，新開業的很有質感，體驗感直接拉滿！一進門就被房間質感戳中 ，暖調原木風很舒服，大床軟硬度剛好，枕頭是乳膠枕超好睡，書桌 、 沙發 、用餐區的佈局太實用了，我辦公、對象癱沙發追劇，互不打擾。洗漱用品配得全，WiFi 連得飛快，每天阿姨打掃得乾乾淨淨，連衞生間的鏡面都擦得鋥亮。周邊萬利商場、電影院、永輝超市吃喝玩樂很方便，晚上溜達完回來，泡杯茶玩會遊戲，簡直是旅行裏的小確幸！前台小姐姐辦入住超麻利，這波體驗滿分，下次還訂這家的大床房～”

High Tech room with extremely new decor. My parents were so impressed with the room that they could not stop mentioning it and its high tech functions (particularly 小度度) even after leaving. The hotel is so good that it left a very favourable impression on my parents, and it made my parents say that they would like to stay in a hotel similar to this in future. Really awesome! Service was also very good, and buffet was not bad

每次出門最煩惱的就是住宿，想要性價比高的…實在難找。屏南比較多的還是民宿，但是多次出遊覺得還是酒店各方面會比較適合我，於是多方篩選後盲選了維也納，雖然也有看到有人評價不好，不過實踐告訴我，選擇還是對的…首先整體環境還是可以的，客房全屋智能小度，很是方便，對於夏天出行，冷氣還是很足，比較驚喜的是還備有洗手液，這是很多酒店欠缺的。前台小姐姐小哥哥態度都很好，看到有帶孩子，主動贈送了一份早餐，必須點贊。要去屏南的朋友，推薦入住這家，周邊也比較繁華，啥都有，娃説，最多的還是燒烤攤🤪當然，還有些細節方面能再完善下就更好了： 1.比如，這家維也納也有讓人置辦婚宴之類的，導致停車位不夠，對於入住酒店的客人有的來説已經很疲憊了，還讓人自己去外面找車位，這樣太説不過去了。 2.甚至，剛到酒店，也沒有保安引導到停車場，我們自己繞了一圈，才發現沒有停車位，由於車子比較長，搗鼓了老半天，才繞出來，到前台，才被告知沒有停車位了…讓我們外面先停下，晚點婚宴結束就會有車位了… 3.隔音效果要再處理下？早晨，打掃衞生的保潔阿姨一大早就在走廊用喊的，要知道有些客人比較晚休息，這樣影響不好。 4.由於帶了孩子，怕孩子扯被子。很意外房間有備用被子，但是卻衹是件內膽，建議要套上被套，並用一次性袋子封好，以免積灰。 5.早餐説是到九點半，但實際上還沒九點幾乎就沒菜了，現在住酒店的客人也是很多都比較晚起，沒菜也不補上，（剛好第二晚住了福州的維也納，就不會出現這種問題，而且菜的品種比較多）而且位置不夠，讓客人到隔壁去，隔壁是前一晚辦酒席的地方，味道非常大，令人作嘔，前一晚下來就聞到了，第二天早上要用餐時味道依舊那麼大…連進去都不想進去，而且位置也沒擺好。 以上幾點雖説是小細節，但是維也納作為一個連鎖酒店，在這些細節上是不應該出現這些個問題的。管理上建議還是要多多注意。 不過除了這些，整體體驗感還是可以，有機會再去屏南，還是會選擇這家維也納，住宿是可以的，哈哈哈，特別是洗澡的水流，讓家人特別點贊，水壓大，洗澡特👍👍👍希望這些小問題能抓緊改善，讓後面入住的客人體驗感更棒！特別他家的那把梳子，對於我這種燙髮的人很友好…這也是其他住過的酒店沒有的…

酒店地點好，下高速不遠，酒店門口停車方便，保安負責，指揮得當，前台服務員態度和藹，服務專業，酒店房間大，衞浴三分離，乾淨衞生，床品舒適乾淨，送的茶包好喝！早餐也很好吃！酒店大堂買的茶價格合理也好喝，非常感謝

Good location near to the bus station and very kind and available staff, both in the room cleaning at the restaurant and at the reception. The room came with plenty of amenities, including gōng fu tea set. Only negative note is the cleaning, it was somehow sloppy in the toilet and on the floors. I would expect somehow better. Overall a pleasant stay.

Location - Convenient, about 20 minutes walk to the Tourist Center of Taimushan, about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and about 10 to 15 minutes walk to town center for food。 Cleanliness - Needs improvement especially the bathroom, could still see ***** hair on the floor。 Comfort & Room Quality - The sleep was very uncomfortable because the bed was old, the mattress pocket springs were broken, constantly pressing against my back and hips, making it hard to sleep。 Facilities & Amenities - Hotel is quite old but for a price like this, don’t expect much。 The only surprise was simple breakfast is provided。 Service - staffs are friendly。
