Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping servjce was a bit slow and Breakfast buffet could be better but overall it was very good. Hotel is a bit far from airport and the construction is going on that route hence take extra time for that. Further kamakhya temple is 30 mins away and airport is 45mins. Staff is courteous and caring. Stay was excellent. 4.5/5

We had a short but enjoyable stay at Vivanta Guwahati. The food was great- both the breakfast and dinner buffets. But the care and warmth of all the staff members we interacted with both in the restaurant and reception was what stood out. Recommnded

A little bit far from city and temples except Basistha mandir, the staff are quite good. The Taj warmth is visible. But that housekeeping in Taj still needs to improve when 3 stay in a room. You have to keep reminding them. But otherwise a place worth staying. Food is good. Local delicacies are available. The booking staff are very helpful. The one thing scary is there is no staircase if you want to climb up or down, they have locked the doors. I requested but the reception staff refused. Hotel policy they said. What if there was a fire?

During our stay, we had an excellent experience, thanks to the courteous and professional service provided by Mr. Surajit, Mr. Nitesh, and Mr. Biswajit. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out and contributed significantly to making our visit enjoyable and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, they ensured that every aspect of our stay was smooth and hassle-free. In addition to the exemplary service from these individuals, all the hotel staff members were consistently well-behaved, friendly, and eager to assist. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for the entire team. The restaurant deserves a special mention for its exceptional food. Every meal we had was delicious, well-presented, and prepared with great care. The variety on the menu and the quality of ingredients used exceeded our expectations, making dining a thoroughly enjoyable part of our stay. We also found the pool area to be a perfect spot for relaxation. Whether taking a swim or simply lounging by the water, the ambiance was peaceful and refreshing. It was a great place to unwind and take a break from the day's activities. Overall, the service, food, and facilities combined to make our experience truly memorable. Everything was nice from the checkin and stuff ,staff were really nice and about the laundry it was quick as well as well press so I was very satisfied with that as well and most importantly the staff Surjit,biswajit ,bikash were also very friendly

I'm having a comfortable stay here,staff over here are hardworking and polite specially Mr Viswajeet ,Surujeet,Vikas were assisting us throughout dinner and were constantly asking us if we needed anything else with a big smile on there faces which is very pleasing.

The staff are polite and would have a family environment by treating us in a homely way. Loved it. The rooms smells fresh and the aesthetics are calming. The area and the property has a very pleasant environment with really beautiful rooms. Love the greenery that they have maintained.

Food was best and tasty also .The best dish was bathi ka murgh . Staff was very nice specially MR biswajit . Everything was excellent and i enjoyed my trip overthere when i went there view was osm . Specially pool side view was really gud . I love the hospitality which they provide to there gust
