The stay is pretty fine. The amenities that supposed to be in the bathroom like dental kit and other things weren’t there. I had to ask for it.

This hotel is something special in its ordinariness. I never found it short of convenience; nowhere was it too opulent. The more I say the more less would have sufficed: but in that way, which is one of mine—and generally, btw, it's beautiful. It raises nor disappoints no expectation… (though I may have one the second time.) Housekeeping staff Yash served me simply and excellently.

Excellent service and staff ! Yash and Ismail from staff were really amazing with their work and efficiency. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and room service was very prompt. Excellent cleanliness also maintained in the room. Loved the place overall !

Great Experience , nice gesture from Chandan and Saha Good Job, The property was nicely maintained and food was good The property is centrally located and clean Looking forward to visit again. I have traveled from Bangalore on my office trip and will share inputs to my office of the overall experience

Celebrated our kid’s bday at Club 5. The entire experience was brilliant starting from reservation, understanding the requirement, making necessary adjustments - be it for the venue or food restrictions. It was all taken care off with humility and respect. Brilliant hospitality and great service. A special call out for Mr. Sachin Tyagi (Manager) for a seamless booking process and managing logistics and Sandeep Dogra (in-charge) for ensuring everything on d-day was nothing less than perfect especially when it came for arranging for the kids. Thank you to the entire team at Club5. See you soon!

Club 5 is really a place to be. Staff is extremely helpful & courteous. These 2 points are necessary for the Hospitality Business. However, the Food Menu especially of the Chinese Restaurant needs further improvement. The popular Dishes have been discontinued. I may add that your Staff Radhika, Ajay, Ravi & Bhanu etc. always have a smiling faces. The Club is lucky to have them. Thanks.

Had good experience in the dining section and Chinese section. You r lucky to get people who serve with a smile. Special mention of housekeeping personnel Mr Bipin & Mr Yash who are very Cooperative. Rooms are spacious and have good amenities.

Sanjay Sharma front office manager and other service staff was very very helpful and made the stay absolutely memorable. Thank you Club 5. The rooms are gorgeous…. Pillows and bed is lush … linen is high quality and so is the staff that is very well trained and highly customer centric. A must stay if you are in Gurgaon or around.

I’ve stayed in Club5 several times. Excellent place to stay and very comfortable. Chandan from housekeeping was always very helpful. Thank you Chandan for making my room everyday and keeping my stay like a home. Food is also very good and clean. The bakery is also nice.
