The hotel was good, your webpage on the hotel needs updating as I says you get a free breakfast and they refused, so cost me 200 for something I was expecting to come with the room,also I was enquiring regarding the free transfer to the airport and because my departure from the hotel was 1 o’clock I was told that I would have to pay a subsidy for after 12 which it doesn’t show so I got there another way as I felt I had paid a good amount for the suite in stayed in and refused to give them any more, probably cutting off my nose to spite my face but I’m like that

Perfect location for business meetings, and easy access to/from airport. Good restaurante, clean big rooms, and friendly staff.

Good location. Helpful employees. Appreciate the shuttle. For me the exercise facilities are the most important and they only have a single functional aerobic machine. This is enough to make me likely not come back.

Way overpriced for what you get. First of all the hotel hasn’t been renovated since probably 1990s or 2000s. The rooms are dark and barely lit and only basic toiletry provided. No hair conditioner for example. The service is appropriate to the era: we had an early flight and had to be in the airport at 6:50am. When we tried to book the advertised “free airport transfer” we’ve been told the the shuttle departs only at the beginning of an hour, so we had a choice either wake up another hour earlier and spend an extra hour sitting in the airport, or get there late. We chose ordering a taxi at our own expense. Breakfasts are an extra option like in ***y hotels in Bulgaria and we had prepaid one when we booked the room. But despite the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and ***y travelers choose it because of this, the hotel does not offer nether early breakfasts (before 7:00 on the weekends) nor lunchboxes, nor any other form of co****sation for the service for which they took extra money but never provided. I would advice everyone to avoid this hotel. There are good alternatives in the same area which offer way better accommodation for the same or lower price.

Very clean, but a little bit run down carpet. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water. Would be better to have a coffee maker instead of instant coffee

Good breakfast, quiet and comfortable room. The complimentary transfer to the airport was really helpful. The only two negatives were that the bathtub needs to be updated and the gym is quite small.
