Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

It was nice place to stay . Luxurious rooms with affordable prices and peaceful location.

Stayed for one night in Room no # 1822 (through upgrade to Jr Suite). The hotel is around 60kms distance from VGA airport ie around 1 hour & 20 mins drive. The security staff at main entrance gate and hotel entrance gate welcoming with pleasant smile and Namaste. The overall hotel decor is elegant , modern and vibrant with matching displays and furniture. Jr Suite is very spacious with decor capturing local arts and crafts , with great colour combinations of curtains and furniture. WiFi connectivity uninterrupted, air conditioning perfect.The bed cushion perfect. The view from the Jr Suite 18th floor is stunning and eye catching. Well maintained and impeccably clean hotel. The restaurant has wide spread in Bf as well as dinner buffet. Lemon coriander soup was perfectly made. Dum aloo Banarasi , Carrot beans vegetable , Pappu (dal) were awesome.Must try with hot Phulkas.Must try local delicacies sambar and Rasam with rice. BF buffet had variety of options live counter for Guntur Idli,dosa,puri bhaji. Thanks to prompt service by Roshan , Sumit and Padipaditya. The staff is polite , well mannered and courteous. Considering the ambience , service and hospitality , this place is a great option to stay in Guntur. Thanks to ITC team and leadership Mr Rajesh Nath for demonstrating excellence in service and hospitality.Thanks for the kind gesture for room upgrade.

Had wonderful experience in ITC banquet. Miss Tanushree and Mr.Phanindra provided outstanding support and assistance throughout the event. Their professionalism and prompt responses to any requests were incredibly helpful. Their dedication, expertise thorough planning make them a standout in the field. Overall, I highly recommend ITC for any future event organizing needs.

We have conducted a doctor's meet recently in boardroom, they should provide dining option in boardroom & pool side for guests. The sales executive Tanu shree is very cooperative & well mannered & receptive overphone also. I hope they hotel management thinks on my suggestion.

I stayed at ITC with my sisters for a vacation, and it was an amazing experience.The stay, food, and pool day were all awesome. We really enjoyed our time there. Special thanks to Anil gaaru for his great service and care. He was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable and happy. From the time of our check-in, where we got a surprise free upgrade of a room, to our dietary preferences being accommodated by the hospitality staff, our stay was nothing short of a dream. The room was amply stocked with snacks, from cashews to cookies, and the café staff was attentive to all our requests and friendly enough that we never felt that we were in a hotel but more like we were conversing with friends whom we knew for long. Satish, Srushti, Josie, Divas, Ayush, and many others went the extra mile by ensuring we had a comfortable stay. And let me not forget to thank the humble and approachable General Manager Rajesh, who personally oversaw that our visit ended on a pleasant note. Definitely recommending this hotel for stay.

Excellent stay in the Guntur. For the seeing of amravati capital. My friend suggested ITC is the best stay in new capital city. Final lunch is so fine taste . And enjoyed lot with swimming pools and city view . Good Cleaning staff & chief prepared fine taste
