Stayed for 2 nights; Overrated, OVERPRICED, unfriendly staff (friendly only towards white people), no hot water, horrible buffet breakfast and dining area infested with flies and ants and the food is cold. The hotel room needs a major revamp as the room and toilet is filled with creepy crawlies. Extremely disappointed when a 4 star hotel operates in a horrible manner. For that price you expect something decent but you will get nightmare instead. You can pay something lower for a better hotel.

A nice hotel and as the weather is cooling in this area, the hotel don't install Aircon in the room. Will have naturel aircon when open the window. Highly recommend this hotel.

今回2回目のブラスタギの旅行で利用させて頂きました。景色の良い場所にあり、食事も美味しく多くの観光客で賑わっていました。1点気になったのが空調(エアコン)が全館タイプなので部屋にリモコンがありません。 急遽翌日の予定が変わりキャンセルせざるを得ませんでしたが、機会があればまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。 (翌日の目的地まで車を出して頂き助かりました。ありがとうございました。)

Well located 4 star hotel with 24 hour restaurant and charming staff Timed hot water a bit weak but rooms large and pleasant

We couldn't sleep during our stay. The noises around 9.30pm till 11.30pm. The nice about the hotel view and garden are beautiful. The hotel need renovations.

It has a clean, beautiful swimming pool and playground for kids. The spring mattress is a bit soft and pillows are too firm.

Vervallen hotel, is toe aan vernieuwing, personeel is aardig maar iets te aanwezig. Ze bedoelen het goed, maar je voelt je erg bekeken, niet helemaal op je gemak. Restaurant is wel prima. Kamers zien er prima uit, douchen met warm water kan alleen tussen 17.00-22.00.
