Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled which was canceled without any notice. I would highly recommend rethinking your stay. I was shocked with the gross treatment and rudeness of this establishment. Once again I highly recommend not using this establishment. Disgusted

The location is OK about 15 minutes walking from the city center. The building from the outside is a bit old and not very nice but inside is comfortable. The room was nice, spacious, clean and quiet (with a orrible view) and the beds were a little tight and uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are adequate and covers most requirements but they offer nothing exciting and they were identical every day. Dtaff is friendly and helpfiul.

The hotel is nice located in a very convenient district with easy access throught the town, The room is nice, quiet with nice funiture. Downside : -Only two slow elevators. -Breakfast below the average compared to other 4 star hotels. -Poor housecleaning

Hotel situato appena fuori dalla cerchia muraria di Guimaraes, adatto ad ospitare anche gruppi numerosi in quanto gli ambienti comuni sono spaziosi e gradevoli. Camere comode, buona la pulizia, molto gentile il personale. Ristorazione di buon livello, sia per quanto riguarda la colazione che la cena a buffet.

Personal muy atento con detalle de bienvenida. Las habitaciones muy cómodas que propiciaron un buen descanso. El desayuno eso sí nada excepcional. El spa muy normalito y la piscina se llena pronto de gente. Buena ubicación y amplio parking gratuito.

Tudo bem, desde a simpatia dos empregados até a indicação muito útil da Conceição durante o jantar. Gostei sinceramente do hotel, com uma localização privilegiada com vistas para Guimarães enquanto tomava um pequeno almoço 5 estrelas num hotel de 4 estrelas. .

Habitaciones súper limpias y silenciosas,personal estupendo.Pasamos dos noches perfectas.El restaurante tiene unos platos buenísimos y a unos precios muy correctos.Habia tanto silencio que la primera noche pensamos que el hotel estaba casi vacío.Cuando fuimos a desayunar ,sorpresa muchísima gente.Nunca habíamos estado en un hotel tan bien insonorizado.

Très bel hôtel, spacieux, agréable Personnel, souriant, accueillant , certains parlent français Jolies chambres, bien aménagée, décoration, sobre et literie très confortable. Mini bar et coffre disponible dans la chambre Petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté avec grand choix . Restaurant et bar également dans cet hôtel. Piscine , jacuzzi et sauna, salle de sport au sous-sol. Également au sous-sol cabine de soins esthétiques sur rendez-vous. Les tarifs sont tout à fait corrects. Massages très agréables réalisés par les deux esthéticiennes. Petit supermarché Mercadona à côté de l’hôtel, sinon accès facile au centre-ville à pied dans 15 / 20 minutes.
