Great location, but that's just as far as it goes. The shared bathroom is absolutely disgusting, I avoided using the bathroom there as much as possible and preferred to go to public bathrooms instead. I also avoided taking a shower there, given the toilet cabins state. There are 4 toilets, and went into each one of them to see if there was any decent ones, and in 2 days I stayed there seems like no one cleaned it, because the same urine spills everywhere were there day after day. It is also hard to find as the hostel name is different from the one advertised here on trip.com and it was hard to find based on the map location too.

Someone was smoking in the dorm when told him he shouldn’t he just threw it half done on the floor and left it there. The staff didn’t do anything about it and just left it there. Got a new room but still dirty. Also internet barely worked. Bathroom was so dirty and smelled like sewers. Overall I couldn’t think of a good thing to mention. Not recommended

Dorms are good. The bathrooms could be better : no toilet paper, and some doors cannot lock.

Spacious room and a cosy shared space to work, eat or read. Daily activities are proposed in Guilin area. Staff helpful (e.g. luggage storage the day we left the room etc). Just the room was cold at night (we stay early march) and no heating device was available in the room.

Really good clean hotel/hostel the rooms are really big and spacious and had laundry facilities which were a bonus, the location is great and close to the train/bus station as well as local attractions. Only disadvantage was the ac was not very cold so the room was hotter than expected. But overall good stay

Amazing hostel. Walkable from the bus station in 5 minutes. Quick check in and manager spoke good English to explain everything to us, including about the activities in the area. Added to wechat for information about food and group chat to connect with other travellers. 4 person dorm, only 3 in there. Spacious and good air con. Locker for each person provided. Squat toilet (for those who struggle with this). Great communal space in reception and bar and offer meals for additional cost. We would have stayed longer, we loved it

The place is past its former glory, but the owners are nice and give travel recommendations. There is a washing machine and the beds are comfortable. Good for the price.

It b better managed. No heater as Guilin is freezing Cold now. Hygiene n cleanliness is low... I will not put up in this place.

The room was bright and clean, conveniently located near the train station. The staff gave us helpful information on where to get tickets for the cruise to Yangshuo in town. Nice stay!

In a good location, close to the sights in Guilin. There’s a bus stand right in front

Very cheap and with a big room. Location is not the best eventhough you can walk to the main street of Guilin, the staff is smoking all the time so it smells bad in the entrance. They have washing machine service for 2/3¥.
