love it hotel, very convenient as there's any shop nearby just walk within few minutes. Breakfast is good and delicious and definite will choose this hotel again.

Check in / out smooth and easy. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Plenty of secure parking and fantastic breakfast. Special mention to Jenny on reception, superb customer service.

Room was cold and the only solution I got was an old heater/radiator not enough for a room this size. Windows are blinded and can't be opened (Municilapity regulation??) so there was a smoking smell and could not ventilate. Hair dresser inside the cabinet and can't be unplugged? No mini fridge? Small shower...you can barely move. Paid almost GBP200 / night. Never again.

Really nice hotel, great staff, great breakfast with a lovely spa. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. What let it down was a really loud fridge and a creaky bed, so not the nice relaxing deep sleep I was hoping for.

BEWARE: parking onsite is away from the hotel and in a multi storey carpark 3 levels down to a basement! As a lone female I felt unsafe and asked for one of the reception team to accompany me. Good that he did - the barrier didn’t lift when I inserted my room card - didn’t work with his either but he radioed his team to lift it remotely. Once parked, access to the door to the lift also needed the room card - didn’t work again, nor did his. Again radioed to his team to open it. What would I have done down there on my own? Forget all the niceties in the rooms - offer better service and a functioning and safe parking facility. I won’t return!
