Location bellissima, sarebbe meglio se curassero anche la parte camere oltre a quella banchetti e ricevimenti,basterebbe spendere un po nelle camere e soprattutto nei bagni che sono datati ma la nota dolente di questa struttura è l'odore insopportabile di fogna,ho affittato 2 camere, stesso problema, consiglio di rivolgersi a un bravo tecnico e mettere uno sfiato per il pozzo nero che salga sino al tetto così magari si risolve parte del problema generato dalla fermentazione anaerobica del pozzo nero.

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly at all times. The villa is beautiful as are the grounds. The room was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable and had non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers. There were power outlets at each nightstand --perfect for two people charging devices at bedside. The room had a mini bar, which, unfortunately, stayed warm and never cold. The bathroom had a shower (only). The water pressure was good and the hot water stayed hot. There was little counter space at the sink. There was a wall-mounted, multi-speed hairdryer in the bathroom corner but the cord was quite short causing one to straddle the bidet just to dry hair. The free WiFi worked well but was not password protected. Parking was free in the hotel's large open-air parking lot. I have stayed here before and will probably stay here again.

Either the pandemic has taken the best out of this villa, which has enormous potential of being a first class stay or it has just started to fall apart by nature. The rooms are old, in need of renovating, there was moisture stains on the wall. The overall impression was that it was dusty. The food was ok but we were the only ones eating. The staff and service was helpful. Could have been so much more enjoyable. A bit of disapointment actually.

Beautiful grounds. Large swimming pool area for a hotel.
Friendly staff. Restaurant had a limited menu, but the meal preparation was superb. Room space was somewhat small, which limited the furnishings. Bathroom space was small. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quando la tradizione incontra l’ospitalità e il confort. La struttura, poco fuori la splendida Gubbio, si caratterizza per la posizione immersa nel verde umbro e per la pregevolezza dell’antica residenza oggi adibita ad albergo. Gli ambienti sono comodi e spaziosi e il trattamento di prima colazione impeccabile e soddisfacente. Immagino che in estate il piacere del soggiorno sia davvero impagabile. Dovessi tornare da quelle parti non esiterei a tornarvi!

Albergo con grosse potenzialità ma completamente inadeguato per il servizio offerto. La ragazza alla reception ci ha offerto una upgrade ma la direzione è completamente assente , .la struttura necessità assolutamente di tante migliorie e cura per il confort dell' ospite... TV e asciugacapelli degli anni 90... Colazione molto povera ... Il rapporto qualità prezzo piuttosto basso .. assolutamente da evitare.. c'è di meglio...

Villa meravigliosa, camera nuovissima e silenziosa, bagno pulitissimo. Il parco e la piscina fantastici e con una vista insuperabile su Gubbio. Colazione buonissima servita in una sala super suggestiva. Prezzo ottimo. Struttura ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura restando comunque a pochi minuti di auto dalla bellissima Gubbio.

La villa è facilmente raggiungibile e fa subito immergere in un totale relax. Fantastico fare colazione in giardino al mattino
