A nice place, hospitable crew, Pleasant, comfortable. As I'm spending the last night on my long several thousand kilometers around the globe, ended up in more than a week with Eurobuilding in Venezuela, this hotel was a good choice. I surely suggest it.

El hotel con la vista y el atardecer más bello de Puerto Ordaz, cuentan con una excelente atención ademas que la vista del hotel es bellísima. La piscina y todos sus alrededores bellísimos, el anochecer en el área de la piscina es bellísimo. Buena comida

Excelente servio prestado durante toda la conferencia del día mundial del Riñon, no tengo quejas muy buenas atención en todos los aspectos , los baños super limpios ,los mesoneros, protocolo todo estuvo muy bien, el aire estaba cálido para la cantidad de personas que estabamos

Excelente servicio y atención de parte de todo el personal. En especial por parte del área de recepción y ventas, los cuales supieron dar respuesta eficaz a todas nuestras necesidades y de esta manera hicieron que todo fluyera de una mejor manera, sin duda alguna volvería a utilizar el hotel.

Excelente atención del personal y las instalaciones siempre limpias, el servicio de restaurante excelente y la comida también, me gusta mucho lo fraterno que se comportan con los huespedes, atención personalizada, todo muy bien y agradable, el.area de la piscina y el bar espectacular.

El personal es el más amable, responsable, atento y gentil. Mi estadía fue lo máximo, muy rápida la reserva y en general es un hotel que recomiendo al 100% el mejor trato en la ciudad de puerto Ordaz. En especial la Sra Solsireth Mares y el Sr Rafael hicieron de mi estadía en el hotel lo máximo!!

Excelente atención, muy atento todo el personal. Están listos para servir día y noche. Desde que llegué me hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno muy bueno y el restaurant para los almuerzos y cenas es de primera, sin duda volvería a quedarme
