If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

Fiquei 4 dias com um grupo grande de , o atendente se enrolou todo para fazer o check-in e o check-out, trocou os quartos das pessoas e também cobraram taxas extras... a comida é boa, mas pouca variedade e cara, a sra do buffet também não é nada amigável, e a limpeza foi feita apenas 1x durante toda a estadia, isso pq saímos todos os dias e deixamos as chaves na recepção, quando fui reclamar, disseram que eu tinha que pedir pra fazer a limpeza.

Hotel simples porém com cama confortável, chuveiro demorou a esquentar mas funciona, ar condicionado gelando bem, bom café da manhã buffet e ainda tem opção de almoço ou jantar no hotel por um preço justo.

Café da manhã ótimo, ter o translado para o aeroporto ajuda muito, quarto bom, mas o hotel em si tem uma estrutura um pouco velha. O ar condicionado é daqueles antigos.

Não me hospedaria novamente nem para pernoite. O Hotel é sujo, lençóis e toalhas encardidos. O chuveiro tinha bom fluxo de agua quente, mas a limpeza do banheiro era quase inexistente. Mofo nos tetos, ar condicionado velho demais, fazendo barulho o tempo tudo, barulho nos corredores. Cheiro de naftalina nos quartos. Cobertores sujos ou sem limpeza. A tv era relativamente nova e com bastantes canais. O atendente da noite foi gentil. A única vantagem é o transfer ida e volta para o aeroporto, nais nada. Não tomei o café da manhã justamente pelo estado de falta de limpeza que vi nos quartos, se assim está onde a gente vê, não quero pensar na cozinha onde o hóspede não entra.
