Lovely hotel but very disappointed in our room. The water pressure was non existent and on the first day the water was cold. We told reception only to be told it should be fine. Next morning the water was too hot to get into the shower again regardless of what way you turned the knob. Reception didn’t even ask us how our stay was when checking out. Two days without a decent shower is not what you want from a four star hotel. Other than that the bar is great. Overlooking the river and great service. The young waiter Liam deserves a shout out as he was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The pool facilities are also excellent with a hot tub outside overlooking the woods. Could have easily been an excellent review but the reception let the hotel down.

Website said check in was at 12noon, I just booked it to stay the day and they gave me the room untill 4pm, waste of money

We arrived late afternoon and checkin was quick and efficient, staff helped with bags and Our room was on ground floor. we were able to walk to a good restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is well maintained.Breakfast is superb(toaster is lacking)evening coffee is complimentary.toiletries in the room are good.The only deception was during check out.The receptionist was unfriendly.She could have smiled.

Right by the beach. Beautiful area. Nice staff. Kind and accommodating.
Overall hotel has a great style. Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. :)

Impecável!!! O quarto extremamente limpo e aconchegante, café da manhã divino e a área da piscina perfeita. A equipe foi super atenciosa e educada! Além disso, a facilidade de ser de frente para o mar faz toda a diferença, a localização é ótima, é em uma parte bem tranquila da praia da Enseada.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei neste hotel e me surpreendeu de maneira positiva. Localização excelente, de frente para o mar , a área da piscina é incrível tem a melhor vista do Guarujá, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, café da manhã farto e fresquinho, sem falar no café da tarde que é um mimo oferecido pelo hotel. Vale a pena a visita. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

The Falls é aconchegante, com boas instalações, ótimo restaurante, localização privilegiada; corpo técnico muito preparado, atencioso e gentil. O preço é justo e compatível com a proposta do hotel. Estive lá três vezes, recomendo muito.

Hotel muito bonito, quarto aconchegante , cama confortável, um café da manhã maravilhoso, uma vista da piscina incrível com um por do sol de tirar o fôlego. Excelente atendimento da recepção Luciano e Rafael que nos tranquilizou em realizar o pagamento da reserva antecipado. Super recomendo!!!
