My son loved it, I loved it. The fish therapy pool is mind blowing, the wife selection of hot springs is crazy!!! There are so many hot springs that you can easily have your own, even during high season. I had a really good time there. I'll be back for sure during winter.

It’s a beautiful resort , very cooperative staff , I would like to come again , just please add more western food , we love the room , facilities but for big kids there are less activities , include some amusement park or theatre , but it’s a relaxing and great place to visit , would love to recommend others too my friends to come .

We booked a villa with 8 bedrooms for 15 of us. It is posh and very well maintained. Hot springs is good. Only issues we have are the restaurant staff. They are rude and not helpful.

It was the perfect choice for a relaxing staycation. The room exceeded our expectations, being larger than usual, beautifully but simply decorated and very clean. The toiletries provided were excellent in terms of quality, variety and quantity. The service was exceptional, even with the hotel being quite full on the Saturday of the long weekend. A huge shout out to Ian, who went out of his way to help, provided service in fluent English, and even added our WeChat to make our stay more convenient. The hot springs themselves were well maintained, conveniently located and offered a good variety of experiences. No hotel is complete without offering up good food - and Regal resort didn't disappoint here either. The hotel has a western and Chinese restaurant. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets very much, and even gobbled up a delicious pizza at the lobby bar. The lobby also has great live music performed by a team of Phillipino singers - we just wish it lasted longer, as 20:45 seems a bit early to stop the entertainment. The only snag during our stay - we were refused entry by staff to the hot spring caves the night we arrived because we were dressed in non-swimwear, despite us clearly stating that we just wanted to view the facilities, not actually get into the pools. Apparently the policy states we must wear swimsuits to enter. I saw another guest experience this too, and thought surely common sense should prevail. Other than that, it was a perfect experience. One of those rare occasions where 5* actually means 5*.

Our stay was perfect as it was expected. Many thanks to Mandy for supporting us during our stay. The weather was not good but in hot springs you feel well. Breakfast in this hotel is good both for Chinese and foreigners. Family suite is perfect!

Great experience on thw lagoon and the various types of spa. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is well located overlooking the valley. The check-in was quick and smooth. The room is very spacious and in great condition. The hot springs garden is well designed and taken care of. The cave hot spring area is too colorful and appears not as relaxing and welcoming for a typical 5 star hotel.

Our stay was VERY enjoyable. Great views. Elaborate pools and hot springs. And the service was excellent. Ian, the hotel manager, made sure that our every need was taken care of, no matter what or when it was. I have no complaints, and will surely come again.

第一次來白水寨泡温泉，酒店大堂很氣派，大堂望出去的景色很漂亮，有個白色的瀑布。 酒店設施∶比較齊全，有健身房。房間裏面設施維護比較好，洗澡温度恆定，還直接備好了小朋友的洗漱用品，拖鞋，浴袍。很喜歡那個大浴缸 户外玩樂∶第一次嘗試在溶洞裏面泡温泉，有特色，打上光星星點點的，有情調。也有户外的温泉泡池，在瀑布底下泡温泉有意思。這邊每個温泉池都比較大，我們去的時候也不多，水也乾淨，體驗較好 伙食∶早飯自助餐，東西比較齊全，有中餐的早茶麪條粥，也有西餐的沙拉培根麪包什麼的，服務態度較好。 其他∶周圍很多農家樂，主打吃竹筒飯燒雞，伙食不少，適合自駕遊，家庭遊

又一次説走就走的旅行。想來想去，還是去了白水寨嘉華温泉酒店。 門衞禮貌敬禮，進入室內停車場。直接坐電梯到大堂。大堂經理關小姐服務周到，詳細講解説明。還免費升級了房間。真的太太太開心了！ 進入房間，依然那麼乾淨衞生。放下取電卡，窗紗自動拉起。哇～高級。床是慕思床，很舒服。站在陽台，可以看到白水寨的瀑布呢。不錯不錯～房間靜音效果非常好。聽不到外面的聲音。對於睡眠淺的人，還是非常舒適的。 趁着還有時間沒到自助餐晚餐時間，咁就趕緊去泡個温泉。温泉更衣區的服務小姐姐還是挺貼心的。告訴你在哪裡換衣服，哪裡衣櫃。 進入温泉區，可能5月份。去温泉的人不算非常多。每個温泉池都是有瓦遮頭的，不怕下雨哦。這對於陰天以及下雨天氣非常的舒適。如果怕下雨的話，那就去這裏就非常的好。温泉有大大小小的，特別是溶洞温泉。非常贊。 預訂的時候，包含了酒店自助晚餐。食物還是挺豐富的，有海鮮、炒菜、主食、蛋糕、刺身等等等。據説酒店自帶麪包房，所以蛋糕、曲奇餅、糕點是自己做的。本人對於巧克力咖啡曲奇餅真的愛不釋手。好吃鬆軟。 早餐種類還是比較豐富的。中式早茶點心、湯粉湯麪、腸粉、西式麪包、沙拉。每次讓我覺得我早餐的肚子不能大一點呢。啥都想吃。 希望酒店的早餐有晚餐的蛋撻吃，因為想吃～ 退房流程非常簡單。把鑰匙交下就可以了。停車免費。

近期雨季想着泡下温泉去去濕氣，路上行車不太多，昨天下午三點進酒店傻眼了：人多！得排隊入住[捂臉]。 好在大家都是出來玩的，都在耐心有序排隊，酒店同時也延遲退房時間到下午4點。服務設施都不錯。 不過攜程上顯示的一些贈送服務，酒店説本來就包含，額外的標明出來有些誤導消費選擇，還好前台幫忙升級山景房，讓人親眼目睹對面白水寨瀑布上下班。

這次是第二次過去了，這次帶上家裡長輩一起前行，一行人對這次安排都很滿意。房間很大，三間房都安排在同一樓層了，主要這樣出行也方便，然後對於中餐廳的出品也滿意，晚餐跟午餐都在中餐廳解決。前台經理小關熱情好客，安排房間也儘量滿足我們同一樓層，點贊！而且因為是生日當天，酒店也安排了蛋糕贈送！棒棒噠！
