It’s a perfect place ,I like it so much.thank you very much for the surprise,our villa is very spacious and clean.breakfast is various of choice.Clean air and calm and magnificent atmosphere.hot spring is nice 👍 I would recommend for sure

This was our second time staying at the Pattra hotel. We love the area, and this hotel is in a good location, but I think we'll look for somewhere else next time. The sticking point would have to be that after checking and navigating the very odd level/elevator combinations, there was a random family sitting in our room. Management quickly moved us, but it definitely left a bad taste for the rest of the trip. The breakfast is just meh, food that should be hot was cold; and come on, there is a coffee shop on just about every corner now and you're still serving disgusting 3-in-1 mix! 

I have stay in the vila with sauna but the room was very old and not so clean also the swimming pool was not clean the price is not matching with the vila I have pay 1059 for one night in this price I can get more better room

a big hotel, a bit old but decent. rooms are far away from each other. hotsprings are FANTASTIC!

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals. The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier. We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

第一次住金葉子温泉♨酒店，挺好的，特別是酒店大堂前台客服，很有禮貌，也有耐心。看我們行李多，還安排了酒店的車接送！ 別墅區畢竟有些歷史，所以是嘞設施會有點陳舊，但不影響入住，特別是自帶的温泉池非常大，室內還自配備爽拿房。可以可以。 特別表揚客服前台:甘瓜瓜，服務態度好，貼心送了艾草葯浴包。

環境不錯，比較幽靜，早晨起來陽台就能看到日出，遠處小鎮上飄着白色霧紗，羣山伏在雲海中，若隱若現。酒店位於半山腰，依山而建，圖片拍得就是酒店後山。山上嶙峋崖壁，如果有小路登山就更絕了。 附近農莊豐富，吃飯10分鐘內都能到，遊玩可達大豐門景區很近，幾公里可到。温泉雖有十幾個湯池，山勢地形所限略顯侷促，無法像園子裏散落四處曲徑通幽。綜合環境，價格，服務和周邊配套總體來説，可以打八分吧，還算滿意。

升級了套房，作為一個2007年就開業的酒店，設施是可以的。衞生乾淨整潔。最重要是環境非常好，我們住3棟最高層，就是住在山裡，空氣好窗外風景非常好！晚上非常安靜，長期失眠的長者家都睡了最好最長的一覺，這是我覺得最值得的。温泉在高山上，邊呼吸新鮮空氣邊泡天然温泉，愜意！服務也很好，朱儁康先生無微不至，有求必應，感謝！總體值得推薦，非常適合常住。

辦入住時正有旅遊團大堂全部是長者差點想不住這，幸好旁邊可以辦很快弄好，前台熱情有禮解釋很好提醒我定的別墅要上五層樓有點舊看完不合適可以給我換回主樓，因特殊原因還是換劇主樓。 多年前來過2次知道酒店比較舊，進到房間感覺還不錯比我想象好多了，但是，最不滿意是洗手間超級超級臭坐廁板又爛又臟，絕不止一兩天沒認真打掃，坐廁瓷邊上全是尿漬，一進去薰臭，後面我實在受不了用大量水沖了很久才稍好點（1612房）請負責清潔的阿姨對號入座，希望改進一下。 温泉入閘的服務員態度很好去3次不同人都有禮貌，但在負一樓換衣服負責布草的服務員就麻木很冷，問有沒有浴帽——沒，有沒有小碼的鞋——沒，幸好温泉挺好把心泡暖，我工作日來的早晚去泡人很少幾乎包了七成的池，下午泡時旅遊團的人超級多，據前台説一般旅遊團衹給泡一次，早餐也和散客不一個餐廳有區別的。 早餐人不多，品種品質很普通，很多食物保温不太好，食材都很一般。 温泉是挺好的，雖然有好幾個池沒開，但人不多足夠我去各個池亂竄着泡。 提個建議，温泉區服務員不少閑着，三兩個在聚聊，能不能主動點倒些茶水送到池邊給客人喝，有時想換條毛巾也找不到，我去別的地方泡温泉人家都有這些服務，休息區有姜水，水果，小點心提供的。

本來我是訂獨立浸泡溫泉,有乾蒸房型,check in後攞到房間後,發現房間非常殘舊,門也非常關上,我哋立刻同服務員講,我哋想轉房,但服務員很窩心,立即幫我轉房,還upgrade咗我做一個套房,套房環境就好好多,

下着微微小雨泡私湯太有感覺啦，環境很安靜，視野也很好，這段時間打工人的心被治癒了。雖然酒店很多年了，住的半山小別墅設施維護整體不錯的，床鋪乾淨，馬桶乾淨，牆體部分角落稍微有點黴，畢竟山裡的氣候，可以理解。下次再帶家人來。

服務：首先感謝前台的小姐姐，非常熱情；酒店內的服務人員服務周到、及時。 設施：房間比較舊，但屬於可接受範圍內，比較開業時間也比較久。 環境：預訂的房間在温泉上面的山上，空氣清新、風景宜人。 衞生：可以進步一步提升。 餐飲：早餐很不錯，還有腸粉供應，比較符合我們廣東人口味。
