I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect close to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made everything so convenient. What really made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Ai at the reception. He speaks English and went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me with booking a car to downtown Guangzhou and even helped me ship my luggage to Shanghai. When I later faced some issues after arriving in Shanghai, I contacted him again, and he was still kind enough to help me. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed 1 night here to visit nearby fragrances musuem. Location is at the edge of commercial area - walkable. Room size is great. Is clean bed is comfy. Breakfast buffet is hotel standard nothing to shout off. Next door is an independent restaurant that is not to be missed

Nice hotel close to Guangzhou Airport, rooms are clean, good facilities, gym, free laundry & shuttle bus to Airport. Would recommend if arriving or departing late/early from airport.

Excellent location for next-day travel to Baiyun airport. A friendly team of reception staff throughout the day assisted us with inquiries. Timely airport shuttle! Highly recommended if you're looking to be close to the airport. We got a free room upgrade, which was well received. Thank you.😊

Great hotel close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for a short stay before or after a flight. Smooth check-in, good service, and overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

This hotel is suitable for an overnight stay before an early flight, as it serves the basic purpose of getting some rest. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The check-in process at the front desk was a bit slow, and I was assigned a smoking room even though I am a non-smoker. The smoke odor caused some discomfort during the night. Due to the language barrier, I did not request a room change. On the positive side, the hotel kindly provided a 2:00 AM wake-up call and a complimentary airport shuttle to the terminal, which I greatly appreciated and found very helpful. Overall, the hotel is convenient for a short overnight stay because of its airport transfer service, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest room allocation and front desk efficiency.

I’m happy with mostly many matters but really disappointed with the airconditioning. Eventhough I requested the technician to repair the aircond in my room…still the air cooling was poor and troubled my sleep…at 16 degrees indication it felt like 23 degrees…even the air volume was poor and less felt within the room. This is something they have to improve. Gym was good with basic amenities. Also very good convienience for airport drop hourly. Would be great if they can make it half hourly. Overall only concern was airconditioning and hope management steps up to improve this

Good service and clean rooms. The staff are very helpful. However, if you want to go out to take the metro, you need to call a Didi. There is a scheduled airport shuttle service, and you can inform the staff to arrange it.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. However the hotel is half hour away from the airport. The free shuttle bus run every hour, it is helpful to know the shuttle bus will be there for you. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, it gave me a fabulous impression when I arrived the hotel after travelling over fifteen hours.

The hotel it self is great. But the location is really bad. The airplane lands and takes of over the hotel, very noisy. Also the location is fram from everything. We changed hotel after the first night.

My office is just across the street. It’s a comfortable stay and 10 mins walk before I reach my working office. Not much food around.

Very friendly staff. Hotel room is very clean and spacious. First time staying in Hampton Guangzhou, very impressed and will stay there in the future trips
