The hotel was great location is great only problem the ax unit did not work it would Trunk on for a few and then shut off I had to turn it on multiple times

我想我終於明白這家評價為啥如此兩級分化，如果你是想感受下這邊night club文化，然後蹦迪完正好在樓下睡覺的話，那這家真的是不二選擇，但如果你衹是想來這邊住近大教堂第二天方便觀光的話，來這邊貪方便的話，那你就來錯地方了，基本上2點以前你是睡不着的，除非是很低的樓層，我一晚上基本上12點躺在床上，2點才入睡，實在是太吵了。 順便一提，早餐不錯，還有駐唱，挺好的。

Es la mejor relación calidad precio, la ubicación está EXCELENTE, a pesar de ser un hotel "económico" está muy completo y esta muy bien mantenido, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí en futuros viajes. Tiene un rooftop con un bar, la vista que tiene es genial!

No funciona bien el a/c

I would NOT recommend this place. They charged me twice and I’ve been disputing it for three months now. They say they will contact me but they NEVER do. I NEVER write negative reviews but this place definitely deserves one.

Beautiful rooms, very clean. The rooms and restaurant is as nice as any of the hotels where I've stayed in Europe. Amazing, helpful staff who took care of us as if we were family. I highly recommend it!

Amazing Hotel! The staff is friendly and the location is perfect to walk around the city! They have a lot of activities available for the guest, for example the trips to Tequila and around the city of Guadalajara, as well as Yoga classes!

The hotel has a really great location , close to everything , basically you wont need to take a car to go for a breakfast , beer or something. The hotel is full of art and nice spots to enjoy. Rooms are confy and clean.

Note: I would give the hotel/coworking 4 stars overall, the experience of being a guest in those spaces Wednesday through Sunday when the rooftop club is open is why the review score is lower. The positives: Great rooms (we had a suite and loved the comfy king bed, the couch/sitting area, the hot water in the bathroom, and the overall decor) The coworking space is large, the internet is great. plenty of places to sit, and meeting rooms/booths to use Guest common spaces are nice: communal kitchen works (could use a few things like a cutting board, more than one pot, etc.) for what it is, the wellness room is great as are the yoga classes, the library landing on the 8th floor is cute even if it's not its own room, the cinema room is nice (they do lose the key quite often though). The downstairs cafe makes great coffee and tea + breakfast and lunches. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Located in the middle of the pink zone so restaurants, shops, tours, etc. are an easy walk or bike ride. The boulevard parks are so much fun and lovely to walk. The negatives The rooftop club. If you read the other reviews you'll know that other travelers have commented on the CRAZY level of noise from the club and the inability to sleep through it. The club is open from 6 pm to 3 am (really 4-5 am early Saturday and Sunday mornings) Wednesday through Sunday. It's LOUD. Not able to sleep, your windows vibrate loud. The neighboring businesses and apartments have noise complaints and petitions to shut it down loud. We bought a cheap, loud fan from Amazon and played two laptops on a white noise Youtube video at full volume all night. We were on the 7th floor (the nightclub is on the 9th) and could sleep Wednesday, Thursday, and some Sunday nights with these accommodations. Don't get me wrong--we could still hear/feel the base beat but we could sleep, Friday and Saturday nights--pretty much impossible to get a decent night's sleep. See other reviews and you'll read the same. There's also the lobby/elevator situation with the rooftop bar. On busy club nights, the line goes out the building, down one or both sets of stairs, and into the plaza. So, if you want to get into the hotel you have to get past quite a few expectant partygoers. Most are just normal people in more eyeliner and leather than your normal Tapatio. Some are drunk and screaming. You also get to share elevators (there are only 2 and they're small) with them. It takes a while to get up to your floor and the people leaving the club are drunk and pretty silly. It's not the end of the world, but it's not a great experience. They have security guards who ride on the elevators and take over lobby duties on big club nights so it's not a mellow or pleasant time. Appreciate the security, but it's not a great vibe. Plus, nightclub guests are loud in the elevators so you hear them from your room when the elevator goes past your floor. If you're a rooftop club person this might be your place.

Es un hotel ubicado en Avenida Chapultepec una de las más icónicas de la hermosa Guadalajara , cerca de bares y restaurantes . En la parte de arriba del hotel hay una Terraza antro , no pudimos ir porque viajamos con niños pero se ve que es súper popular. El hotel es cómodo , pero es escuchaba todo lo de los vecinos (incluso como roncaba el de al lado) , en la madrugada una familia peleando en pasillo , a la mañana siguiente el elevador del hotel olía a cerveza (es el mismo que usan para subir a terraza bar) Me gusto el hotel en general pero lo recomiendo más para un viaje de fiesta o para jóvenes. Esta decorado súper original Bien ubicado

Me encanto el hotel muy lindo todo, el concepto del hotel muy bueno y los cuartos excelentes, sin duda un lugar para volver a ir, solamente tengo una queja de la recepcionista ya que fue muy grosera con varias personas y tiene un carácter muy pesado, es una chava de cabello ***** no recuerdo como se llama pero así fue

Solo estube un dia por que estaba de paso en la ciudad , pero todo lo que logre ver me encanto, definitivamente es una parada que tengo que volver hacer, me encantaria ver esa terraza que tienen, espero volver pronto

El hotel se encuentra super ubicado , esta super céntrico, además cuenta con una terraza con una vista increíble con buenos cocteles y buena comida, definitivamente es uno de los mejores lugares de la zona
