We booked this as a place to spend the night while traveling. The beds are OK, the place is clean, and the area felt safe. It was also well priced. So it's not a destination hotel, but a place I'd return to if just to spend the night and then hit the road in the morning.

They refused service & wouldn’t let us check in because you guys didn’t happen to send payment to them & ended up having to sleep in the car..! Think you guys should have done more for the inconvenience of everything

Clean, no frills, great price, pet friendly, lots of grassy areas to walk, well lit parking lot, feels very safe.

No coffee nor cups in the room. Pillow comfort was unacceptable. Reception area coffe was cold with no whitener/flavor available.

The room was clean but there was not Kleenex. For a non smoking our room smelled of smoke in the morning when we woke up and during the evening we smelled smoke cannibus smoke. The trash can in the coffee area was overflowing and they ran out of coffee. The trash can outside the main entrance was also overflowing.

The location is convenient from I-15. The room is large with microwave and min fridge. There were no towels in the room but the front desk was quick to find us some. They have discontinued the breakfast that used to be included in the rate. Coffee available though but not in room. Great place for an overnight stay.

Checked in ok. Friendly staff and clean room. No toilet paper in room. Tv remote didn’t work. Staff didn’t have any batteries, so they stole from a different rooms remote. Still didn’t work, moved a different remote to my room.

Worst 2 nights ever... noisy as all hell. Doors do not shut unless they are slammed shut!! Walls are so thin you can hear conversations through the walls. We had on partial roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex. The beds were uncomfortable, one was really lumpy and soft the other was lumpy and hard. I have stayed there in the past without these problems. Room #104 should not be rented to anyone, you can hear the conversations the office employees are having as well as banging around. And every person coming and going through the front door. Very disappointed this visit.

They "threw out" my canned beer right after instead of putting it in Lost and Found when it was left behind accidently. Internet was broken so had to pay cash, stayed broken entire stay.

Showers arent cleaned good, hallways are noisy and front desk doesn't know how to operate computer system very well.

We checked into room 111, the TV did not work. I went back to the main desk and she gave me room 105. I moved my stuff to go into this room, and both beds were unmade, and the room was not clean. She then gave me room 113, Which was a normal cleaned up room. We asked for an extra blanket that seemed like an inconvenience and was hard for them to find. I feel the mattresses on the bed should be replaced and updated very soon. Sorry to say we will not be able to stay at this hotel again

Unfortunately, the hotel computer system was down when I arrived- the pooy guy on staff had no way to look up reservations or even which rooms were occupied or available. And credit cards could not be used. Trying to get a room was challenging. When I did get a room, it was a little rough, but it seemed clean.

When I went to checking their system was down and my reservation could not be confirmed. The fellow was only taking cash payments which would not be returned when the system was back up. Not impressed !!

They clean the rooms at all hours even in the middle of the night and the 2 nights i stade i the cops had to be called for the first night and they should have been called the second night
