Villa Aya

Meruska is very warm and welcoming and a great host; nothing is too much trouble and she'll help you in any way possible with a smile. Villa Aya is in a prime location close to the airport and the golf course and is very reasonably priced. The beach is a few minutes walk and there is a bus stop right outside. A very well maintained setup with lovely clean rooms, aircon and wi-fi. The room has a small kitchenette with the required appliances and a TV if needed. This comes with a high recommendation and assurance that one will not be disappointed. A great stay and I look forward to the next time!!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Aya. It’s better to take a car to visit beautiful beaches, since the gems are located distantly. We recommend to take dinners: creole cuisine was delicious, each evening we enjoyed a different amazing dish and a starter. Special thanks for Meruska and the team for hospitality and amazing food.

Home away from home. This is how one can describe the experience in Villa Aya. We had only 3 nights here, but it was enough to feel how warm Meruska and her team are welcoming everyone. We choosed the small villa and were afraid that it will be very small, but it is more than enoug for 2 person. You have everything what you need. The kitchen is very big and you can even cook if you want, but you don't need as there is a very good takeaway nearby and the grilled fish which can be served in Villa Aya is so delicious, that it should not be missed. The villa was cleaned everyday and what is very important in the corona times - desinfection and cleanliness have high priority here. Nearby (5 minutes walk) you have a the Grand Anse beach, which is very nice and was almost empty when we were there. Also a lot of grocery shops can be found in 5-10 minutes walk range. Villa Aya offers a free airport transfer and the driver was waiting for us, so we could proceed directly to the villa. Even if the villa is close to the airport, you can not hear any plane landing, it's very quite. In the garden we have seen different birds and on the day of the arrival you can just stay at the wonderful pool, if you don't want to go to the beach. Actually I always write some advices to the owner in my reviews, but there is nothing which can be improved here. It was really the perfect stay. They are also offering tours and transfers at very good prices. And last but not least - contact Meruska directly (facebook oder the website of Villa Aya) as she is able to give you the best price compared to the different booking platforms.

Great service, very kind and welcoming host, meruska the owner helped us with some covid problems we ran into in praslin and she is someone you can truly trust ! We were so happy to get to know her .The villa is very spacious and the pool is great. Its a place you can really feel how peaple live on the island and also close to the beach, airport and supermarket

Wir waren vom 22.-27.02.2024 in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Hatten die Garten Villa gemietet. Die Anlage liegt einen kurzen Weg vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Take Away und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die einen nützliche Tipps für die Insel geben. Fragen immer nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Anlage und Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Strandtücher vorhanden und werden regelmäßig getauscht. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Früstück auf der Terasse mit einheimischen Vögeln. Wunderbar! Kücheneinrichtung für 2 Personen okay. Für Kaffeetrinker: einen Filter einpacken. Und einen Adapter für den Strom. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und Gasherd vorhanden. Klimaanlage leise und leistungsstark. Gardenvilla im hinteren Bereich der Anlage. Pool kann von allen genutzt werden. Mit Außendusche. Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Bussen über die Insel gerumpelt. Erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in wenigen Minuten. Man benötigt eine Visitors Card für den Bus. Im Supermarkt erhältlich. Апартаменты хорошие, чистые. Пребывание было комфортным. Очень удобно, что перед отъездом, когда коттедж мы уже сдали и вернулись с пляжа за вещами, нам предложили принять душ и дали чистые полотенца. Спасибо
