For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 600 m, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Private ski room with boot warming system is next to the Bergbahn Hannigalp. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmässig.Schöner Balkon mit Sicht in die Berge.Viel Autolärm, da direkt an der Hauptstrasse.Bez. Betten, die Matratzen müssten dringend ersetzt werden! No go!!!!
