Merhaba, 5 gündür imperial sunland otelde oğlum ile beraber tatil yapmaktayım, hizmetleri, temizliği, ilgili müdürleri özellikle Vedat müdüre çok teşekkür ederim, geçen senede burdaydik, bu senede... İnşallah seneye de geliriz, bu arada her mekanda güler yüzlü gencimiz devran karakuş ve mis gibi türk kahvemizi yapan Yazgül hanımı' da unutmuyalim. Teşekkür ederim güzel otel ve personeline

27-30 mayıs tarihleri arasında otelde bulunduğum süre içinde güler yüzle karşılanıp güler yüzle uğurlandık. Her konuda destek olabilmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Sürekli olarak memnun musunuz? Sizin için yapabileceğimiz başka bişey var mı soruları ile karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. Yani bir memnuniyetsizlik durumu olmasına izin vermemk adına ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıldığını görüyorsunuz. Oda temizliği konusunda çok dikkatliler. Bir sorun yaşamıyorsunuz zaten ama oldu ki küçükte olsa bir probleminiz var hemen destek oluyorlar. Biz iki kişi konakladık ve gayet memnun kaldık. Aracı olmayanlar içinde direk kapı önünde ulaşım mevcut. Açıkcası tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum

Ok,but not the best hotel. We didnt paid very much and was ok for that money,but not more Services is very poor. Need to update all-hotel and people. Food ok,not starving,in a single place,all people stay to get meat,in other single place-fried potatoes...pitiful waiters, barely moving with total disinterest. Stone in water but very nice for swimmers-ponton with deep water. Poor bars,bad cofee,warm water.

If you are English speaking you will struggle in this hotel, most of the staff speak Turkish, Russian. This is not a 5 star I will be nice to say is 3 stars. The toilets by the swimming pool are absolutely disgusting the same goes for the one on the lobby s one's. The restaurant air conditioning not working especially at dinner time when you have to eat and sweat at the same time. House keeping been in the hotel for 12 days our room been done twice and is just changing the bedsheets the bathroom we have to do it ourselves!!!! The Lady that's do the traditional Turkish pancakes she is absolute rude 🤬 and always stop serving by 15:30 she will serve you after this time only if you speak Turkish!!!! As I worked in this industry for more than 25 years I can give you I am going to give you my honest opinion apart from the lady from the Turkish pancakes the rest of the staff are working very hard especially the ones behind the hot plate in restaurant from my experience I can tell that the management is very weak with no directions nor leadership I can go on and on about wrong things but I have to say the food was decent. The owner needs to look at the management team because this place have everything in place to be better what a shame.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Supposedly a 5* all inclusive, I wouldn't have given it 2* and that's being generous. The pictures are out of date. Its tired, and needs a big overhaul. The rooms were filthy, and the facilities in the room were either broken or missing. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was same everyday, example: breakfast - greasy omelette, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, yes breakfast option. Lunch was leftovers, and dinner if you like chicken, there were no choices. There was a notice board showing entertainment every night, one night a DJ, another was like being at a Butlin holiday camp....atrocious. Big complaint into the tour operator Love Holidays, who basically didn't care so wont be booking with them again. Even after sending in photographic evidence still didn't believe me, even after speaking with the hotel. Few photos attached could go on, but I think you will get the idea. My first experience to Turkey, and has not left a good impression

Horrible experience from this 5* star hotel ,bedrooms are just ok , food was terrible horrible, staff is not nice at all the place is dirty everywhere and I mean that , if you ask about drinks, they can’t even make a nice cocktail no comments about that , please be aware before you go to this hotel it’s not for European people no , it’s full of Russians I think it’s ok for them , overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone we couldn’t wait to leave this place

This was our 1st holiday to Turkey we booked with love holidays selected Imperial sunland resort in Antalya. I am writing a true reveiw of me and my husbands experience. Some good some poor overall we would not revisit this hotel.On arrival reception area quite dark,beautiful comfortable sofas and chairs nice furniture with lamps and coffee tables,very spacious , the Porto asked us are we English we said yes, we was given the correct room standard with seaveiw the room was clean, there was a fridge in the room but only 2 small bottles of water and 2 tiny cartons of cherry juice.No milk in the room so we could not make a english cup of tea.There was a kettle, tea and sugar.The bathroom was clean but needs some tlc as the grouting around the tiles looks unhygienic there was a piece of toilet roll wedged in the bath panel I thought it was to keep plastic bath panel in place.Balcony was nice a nd clean with fixed clothes dryer. Bedroom lighting not bright enough. Breakfast time was fair but not enough cereal variety.Milk for our tea we had to take from the cereal side from a dispenser so bit of a pain as it was away from the tea making facilities.Food was good always plenty but seemed like everyone needed to get in early not sure why but we always went in about a hour after start of breakfast and start of lunch There only seemed about 6 people in the whole hotel that was English and the hotel seemed very full. The hotel was full of Russians and Germans we found out later in the week that the area Belbi was known for not many English visitors we did not know this when we booked the holiday. Pool area was nice plenty of sun beds, but out side bar around pool lacked on some drinks cokecola the server stated the pump had ran out and broke so we could not have cola drinks around the pool also ice cream was out of the pool area and only available 1 hour per day at 3pm daily. Not good if you have children. Drinks you had to fetch from the pool area bar yourself although the staff did collect the empty drink cartons . Pool plastic green small tables was wiped with cloths but no antibacterial spray used we watched a member of staff dip a cloth in the pool then wipe the table with the cloth I personally found this disgusting. The staff never smiled with people or at people. Lunch time Please make sure your table has been cleaned and clean cutlery placed on it as we went to a table and was unaware it had been used as cutlery was set out and it was dirty cutlery and even when tables was cleaned they just gave them a quick wipe so there was still crumps left on tables they just wipe the table with cloths no antibacterial and all the mess was pushed onto the floor. Food was dropped and not picked up quick enough on one accasion a big piece of water melon was on the floor anyone could slip on it. We personally thought they was short staffed in the restaurant. They are not honest ...the receprion take money to change your room ...the guy who take the money from me ..his name kamal ..and haji..rooms not clean ...entrtainent is boring staff not helpful ....iam really sorry for this week,.........
