The place, the room, the food and the staff everything was wonderful. It is as honeymoon in Cappadocia that my wife have dreamt. The staff truly made us feel like we are at home

My first time to cappadocia, and Helen suite caves is best hotel to stay. LOcation is perfect, very clean, Good service. Gorgeous View to the Goreme City and Balloon ride view. Thanks to Nirhat, Serhan, Kemal, Rustam for your warm welcome. Thank you for the help to arrange Air baloon ride, ATV Ride and the Tours. Everything is perfect for our stay. Definetely will comenack to Helen Caves and reccomended to my family and friends in Indonesia. I feel home during my stay at Helen caves suite.

酒店位置和視野都不錯，管家人很好，早餐非常豐盛，酒店可以幫忙預訂遊玩項目還可以換現鈔，非常好的入住體驗

有很可愛的狗狗 早飯也很好吃，很精緻很喜歡 晚上往外面看非常好看 暖氣很熱很舒服 入住很方便，雖然沒有電梯，但工作人員幫我們把行李都拿到了屋裡 離小鎮非常近，步行大概七八分鐘

很滿意，入住體驗很好，酒店就應該服務為主。這點做的比較到位。如果能夠在房間裏裝個電扇或者空調。那就更好特

Definitely outstanding. I love this hotel. Every experience here it was wonderful. The magnificent view from every part from the hotel and drinking the tea from there! Thank you Kemal and Sam. The stay was bad from start to finish. It started with the service, which was not friendly at all. When we went to the room, I realized that the view was not from the room I had chosen, the view in the photos was from a room next door, and the view from ours was a staircase in front, as we were going to spend the night. I chose not to complain all day long. But then the nigh**are continued in the room, there was no type of heating and it was very cold days. In the bathroom, the biggest surprise of all: the broken shower door that caused a lot of bath water to run out and flood the floor. Furthermore, the bath towels smelled like they hadn't been washed. This was very disappointing for me, as it was the most expensive stay of the 3 days I spent in Cappadocia. I definitely don't recommend it, there are better and cheaper hotels.

We traveled to Turkey and stayed in 6 different hotels and by far this was the worse hotel that we stayed at. Not to mention that we travel at least three times a year and have alot of experience with different hotels. We stayed in this property for two nights. The first night they gave us a very small room (we paid for a king suit) with no heat and dirty sheets! The second night they changed it to their what they called honey moon suit which was alot better room but still no heat! The gentleman (Kamal) was rude and when I asked its cold he said they don't have the part to the heater! At the end I asked for a refund of at least half of the first night and they refused to do that as well. Overall the picture that is put on *******'s website is not the picture or the room which was suppose to have a king size bed that it shows and I look at this as "false advertisement by the hotel". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are alot more nicer property with the same or less price tag to spend your time and have heat in your room. I have to add the other staff at the hotel were very nice and Nihat was very polite to us. The breakfast was also very good. I have no idea how this hotel is getting all the good ratings which fouled us and we booked it!!!
