We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast variety was better than most complimentary breakfasts!.

I checked in just before midnight on a windy, cold Saturday night. Faith (I am not sure of her name), the receptionist, made my day by helping me arrange my room in a very expedited manner. She was polite, friendly, and professional.
The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bath had an ample supply of towels. My preferred hotel is Comfort Suites.
There was an ample supply of all kinds of items at the breakfast.

We did not continue our stay. We left a day early due to loud scratching in the wall. It was loud enough to hear from far away on a video. A terrible experience.

The hotel it self was great. Great location great breakfast. OK room. However, the front desk employees could have been more nicer. Not sure if they just don’t want to be there because of Mardi Gras or something but come on now. You asked for the job and needed it , why act like this ? Either find another job or have better customer service.

My reservation was cancelled prior to my arrival because of a credit card they had on file over 5 years ago. I refused to go through with another reservation and choose another hotel.

the decor was nice, and the flooring was a plus that it wasn't carpet which tends to feel dirty when it gets old. the hallways smelled nice, there was some sort of deodorizer or spray that kept it from smelling. the red color was pleasing.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Last was 5 years ago. Just as updated and gorgeous and comfortable as before. The staff are very nice and the rooms are top notch with all amenities. It’s so wonderful it’s hard to leave! There are many hotels in this area, choose this one! Trust me!
