Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

We had a lovely stay in Casa Roland Golfto. It was central for us to visit local national parks. The pools are great and you can look out and watch the scarlet macaws, toucans and other wildlife. The staff were very good apart from a mix up with a food order then the kitchen and bar staff went cold on us for the duration of our stay. ( even though we paid the total bill )
Rooms clean, good car park area. Breakfast was very local and not really to our taste.

This is just a wonderful place. The staff is so friendly and happy. This is our second time there and we will go back as often as we can and we recommend it all the time. Its a little slice of paradise in a secluded part of Costa Rice. The bay is beautiful. We hope to spend more time next year so we can explore the area more.

Friendly and helpful staff.
But the rooms need to be better maintained. We had to see 4 rooms because the first room had very poor wifi. The second room had no safe, the third had poor lighting and air conditioning.
Finally, we chose the room with good wifi, near the reception area, good AC cooling, and the staff brought in two reading lamps and transferred a safe over from another room, but it wasn’t bolted in. Lastly, the TV was not a smart TV, so we couldn’t watch international news in English, and cable TV had only 4 English channels. Our bathroom sink had a leaky hot water faucet, so the staff merely shut it off at the bottom. It served the purpose when we needed hot water.
The food was tasty, and service really good.

A little disappointing. The standard room is not the square footage advertised. It's small. Had to upgrade to a suite for the second night. TVs are small and far away. Wifi in the rooms is very weak. The lower floor is a little dungeon-like. But the gym and the pool across the street are huge.

Please forgive me; her name escapes me at check in. She was so welcoming.
The same with the staff at breakfast. They engaged in conversation with you were very helpful.
The customer service at this hotel was extremely excellent. The staff are professional kind outgoing and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well laid out. If you choose not sight see you can spend a great day enjoying the pool and all the hotel has to offer.

Enjoyed our 3nights everything was good. The only complaint we had was one dinner we ordered was not as described. Babbyback ribs. The potatoes were not cooked the corn was discussing. The service was great. Breakfast could be a little more real meat and healthy bread choices. But it was still good. Service at the pool was fun and friendly. Love the new venue. We come once a yr. for a get away. Truely enjoyed this trip.

In overall is a nice place. Has good amenities and the rooms are very comfortable. A few things could be improved like:
There was REALLY BAD WiFi signal from the rooms in the lower ground floor. Something like this could be fixed with a repeater.
The restaurant took around 30 minutes to deliver us dinner. Then 10 minutes to take our bill. Food was good but very slow service.
In overall, my family enjoyed and will probably be back when staying in town. Those two little details didn't matter much but could be improved so the service is 10/10

Rooms downstairs are awful, too dark and damp rooms .
On first floor the rooms are nice.
