Property is excellent in very way. The ******* platform didn’t properly book our required pet friendly option with them but the staff were flexible and able to remedy it.

Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in at Golden. Highly recommend. Great value and extremely clean. The rooms have both a microwave and fridge.

The breakfast time needs to be extended to 10 am, as this is generally the expected time . Promptly at 9:30, the food was quickly removed, leaving some guests feeling very rushed.

i found the property was in need of upgrading it was not modern at all i would not stay there again

Friendly private area. Free cookies and tea, coffee and free breakfast. I am tall tho so the toilet was too short for me

The arm chair is filthy and floor is wet under tables along the wall. This place is used by heavy equipment operators of construction companies.

Front desk agent Riza M was just awesome! She gave us ideas and tips as to where to go in Golden, how to fix our schedule to get all those activities fit our overnight stay in Golden. She waa also very friendly yet very professional at the same time. BW is lucky to have her on the team!

We could not get to the Best Western at Golden because Province closed all reasonable routes. Best Western would not refund our money. Which we feel is unreasonable since we could not buy cancelation insurance doe to age restriction.
