Hotel is in a perfect location. There is a shop open 24 hours for snacks and the bar is open until 2 AM.

The elevator was not working again. We had dogs in carriers and 2 suit cases. The room was small and the chair was a ridiculous size for the space. The desk girls made up for everything else they were wonderful!

We got in at 11:04 as did some other people and pilots as well. We tried to get them to keep the kitchen and bar open for a few extra minutes so we could order something and weren’t able to convince anyone to do that

Love this ultra modern hotel directly next to the Halifax airport! Although it was a bit pricey, the convenience of walking the cat walk to the airport is wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Soup at the bar was delish!

I stayed with my new 8 week old puppy, the room and the staff were great. Great easy access to outdoor pet relief space. My only negative is that they do not do room service, so I had to put my pup in the kennel to run down to pick up some supper. Not a big deal by any stretch.

The website for the hotel advertises free parking for 1 week for a 1 night stay. On checkin we were told because we booked through ******* we didn’t get the free parking. The parking was the main reason we booked at the Alt. At the time of booking the price booking directly through the hotel was the same as the price on *******. The cost of paying for the parking added an extra $300 to our vacation. If we knew this was going to happen we would have booked through the Hotel. A little disappointed and may cancel the night we booked for our return flight.

The pizza restaurant was great however we chose the hotel as it was right next to the airport and had a swimming pool. Upon arrival however we were greeted with a sign saying the pool was closed and had been for a while. Extremely disappointed as there was nothing else to do apart from watch television

Wish there was a better parking option or at least a discount for those staying at hotel. Having on and out privileges would have been nice. The pool was not available and the food options were limited. No breakfast option available

It was nice an easy to drop off the rental, walk into the hotel and going to catch a plane the next day, all within walking distance, all inside to protect you from the wintery blast.

The pool and hot tub were not available. I was disappointed. I loved the easy access to the airport.
