Room is clean with good shower. Location is very near Buchanan station which is very convenient to travel outside Glasgow.Breakfast is ok, no variation for the whole week during our stay.

Stayed here as going to the Concert Hall so the location couldn’t have been better. Great location in the centre of Glasgow so convenient for all amenities. The hotel room was recently refurbished so was fresh and clean. The staff made our hotel stay special as were so friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was good too. I will definitely stay here again

Tried to cancel this hotel before 1pm on a Sunday. Nobody would answer the telephone and head office are closed on a Sunday. So even though the concert in Glasgow was cancelled, we decided to travel to the hotel anyway ! Room only rate was £152 !!! not cheap.

We used this hotel as a stop over as we went on to our destination and it fulfilled our requirements. Comfortable and friendly

Excellent stay, will definitely be back BUT when we went to pay for our parking after having our ticket validated by one of the hotel staff we were charged the full £26!! The ticket was only stamped with an ink stamper. Just beware of this! Apart from that a lovely stay in a perfect location.

I’d had issues getting into Glasgow right from the word go, but once I’m checking I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere by Luke, he was very happy to help with me checking in, also started a conversation about why I’m staying in Glasgow away from from over 200 miles away, Luke was very interested in to my leisurely stay, overall it was a great stay

Room was immaculate. Just been recently renovated. Highly recommend. However, do not use the restaurant. It's absolutely terrible. Not sure if the chicken is really chicken, and my steak was probably 80% fat... Ordered poached eggs for breakfast, never arrived... Go to the Italian restaurant over the road, it's amazing...

Seems to be a new Premier Inn option to pay to get your room early which is great however when you arrive at 230pm for 3pm check in and won’t be allowed into room unless you pay think that’s not great. All that being said usual good standard or room comfy beds and recently refurbished room

check in was very slow but otherwise good hotel would come again Staff were ok lots around but no one helped reception girl !!!
