The hotel was amazing . The service of the hotel is really good. All the team members were great, attentive . During my limited time there I had really good interaction with FOM , F&B Manager ( Mr Singh) ; FO Host Durgesh and F$B hostess Sanchari. Morning going to bird watching trip with Mr. Kalubhai. Then coming back to hotel and having yummy Breakfast prepared by Nazma social Aluparathas and the chef Jitendra makes sure everything goes well with all the food items. In the evening Miss. Vasanti and Mr. Shivanand are really worked hard to do the ritual and all games with very sportingly attitude. Thank you we will be back.

amazing property in gir with options like cottages or tents to choose from.. We chose to stay in the tents... So from the outside they look like these cool tiny tent like cottages but when u enter u surely arent prepared for whats coming... The insides are nothing like ur conventional tents... They have these beautiful well equipped rooms with a huge bathroom... Atleasr seemed bigger than what we expected when we saw the tiny tents tents... Extremely clean and well kempt... The staff is very warm, polite and friendly... and thoughtful.. Since u arent allowUued to roam out at night they have options to keep the guests entertained... They have a nice pool... Library... Games in every corner... They also make it a point to organize a small show for the guests in the evening which is very ok but atleast unhave something to keep u busy.. Have these cycles that u can ride around... overall i enjoyed staying there... The food however was strictly ok... Though they do make an effort to lay a different spread each day...(n mind u the food sounds and looks exotic)... But something just goes amiss with the taste... So the food is bearable just not so great

The Gir Resort is really not what you expect. We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment. Although a little far from stations or airports it is pretty easy to get to, but the distance traveled brings you that my closer to the Gir National Park. We got the basic room which is a wonderful tent with all the amenities you need including air conditioning. The staff at the resort is very friendly, helpful and very patient for those who have a million different questions regarding the locale. The major plus point is it being located so close to the National Park. The guest helpdesk provides multiple options to see the national park and packages to fit all budgets. They also provide very valid suggestions. The quality of food is very good and the restaurant had a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool and spa facilities are simply amazing. I could vouch for this being once of the best resorts in the area and a must stay if you are planning to visit Sasan Gir.

I was desperately looking forward to spending some quite family time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Hence resorted to Sasan Gir and must say the choice of property proved to the high light of the vacation. We were three adults and stayed in the tent. The property has quite amazing list of activities to do Cycling, riding a cycle rickshaw, Swimming, Jacuzzi, library, gym accompanied with a jungle trek e1 in off season and siddi dance show. Special thanks to Mr Devjeet Rajak and Narendra on the front desk and Mr Bhandari and Sachin @ banyan Tree restaurant.
