Beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything in a 10 minute walk. The food and drinks were great and well priced, with lots of different options for the inclusive breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nero. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and were given brilliant recommendations on activities to do on the island and around Lombok. The food was spectacular and we ended up eating at the Villa daily. The Villla is absolutely beautiful, close enough to the beach but away from the chaos. A huge highlight of our stay was meeting the incredible staff. I would like to thank Uni, Dani, Fatur, Idris and Umi who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable their kindness and helpfulness exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Nero.

We stayed at this hotel in Gili Trawangan in the quieter part of the island for my husband's birthday. The team was super welcoming and smiling. They helped organize a memorable evening. We requested a special dinner on the beach. The table setting at sunset was stunning. They personalized the mocktails according to my husband's tastes. The cake was also personalized with a blend of flavors that my husband loves. The entire team came out together to sing happy birthday. The food was delicious. The room was spacious. Exceptional hospitality. I can only recommend it. Thank you to Ayub for always being attentive and fulfilling all our wishes. You provided incredible emotions and warm memories.

We were unable to stay as all boats to the Gilli Islands were cancelled for 5 days but the hotel would not refund our reservation. We had to wait out the weather for boats to resume but when they did start running again it was already after the dates we had booked.

Clean tidy, nice little villa. It’s what you expect on Gili T, a bit tired around the edges in places and could do with a small revamp. However staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms cleaned with fresh towels daily. Good location to the main part of Gili and easy access anywhere else on the island by bike. 100,000k from arrival by horse and cart. We were charged 150,000 back, so be careful and agree the price! Breakfast was ok, freshly done. I do recommend the eggs Benedict, I was happily surprised. Best poached eggs I’ve had, since being in Bali!

Our stay at Villa Nero was amazing. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary in august. Upon entry the staff were very welcoming. The place was well maintained and clean. The location was not too far from the dock and was about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute horse ride. There was a pool located inside the villa and free for guests to use. The staff assisted with bike rentals, laundry service and recommended places to visit on the island. Umi, Dani, Fatur and Yuni were amazing and always provided exceptional service! If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, I would highly recommend.

Villa Nero is exactly what we needed for our stay in Gili T. It was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to book trips for us as well as bikes and the horse and cart back to the harbour with our luggage. Nothing was too much for them. It is around a 10-15 minute walk from the harbour and main area for bars and restaurants, 5 minutes horse and cart or bike. Nowhere is that far away on Gili.

We stayed in Villa Nero for 4 nights with my wife and son. We had 2 rooms next to each other. Rooms are very clean and spacious with fridge, safe and (unused) television. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love me staying here and were sorry we had to leave.

Incredible hotel! Incredible staff, beautiful room, good prices and very clean. Everything about this hotel was perfect for me and my partner. The location is not far from the harbour and it is located away from the busy main street to give a peaceful setting. Me and my partner were quite sick with food poisoning after eating at the night market (beware eating there later in the evening as the fresh meat and fish is not refrigerated!!), the lovely staff at this hotel made us feel as comfortable as possible and helped us to buy medication and generally went above and beyond! We appreciate everything the staff did for us during our stay so much! Thanks to everybody working there!!
