Phòng rộng rãi và thoải mái. Vị trí cũng thuận tiện. Sẽ tuyệt hơn nếu có thêm đồ dùng vệ sinh cá nhân như lược và tăm bông.

Khách sạn có vị trí tuyệt vời gần phố ẩm thực Jstty, nghệ thuật đường phố, v.v. Có rất nhiều chỗ đậu xe miễn phí.

A very convenient location, staff were friendly and the room is clean. The only downside was the noise at night. Got the second floor room (right above the hotel entrance) and there were youngsters for three consecutive nights taking photos and/or chatting/ cars playing music parked below, which were really disruptive for light sleepers like me (should be tolerable if you are not a light sleeper). Other than this, it was a good stay and really appreciate how easy it was to walk around Georgetown due to the hotel’s good location.

The exterior of the hotel is really heritage looking and British style. Do have complimentary parking which share with another 2 hotels. The rooms is consider clean, shower room and washroom consider clean too. Jz a bit dusty on the TV remote control. Location wise is pretty good as walking distance to eateries and nearby to Pengkalan Weld. Opposite the hotel have a cafe,no worries on food and drinks.

Really love how clean the hotel and the room is. Furnitures in the bed room and bathroom area is so well maintained and super clean as if newly open. The bed is comfy with good aircon temperature. The water and drainage system works perfectly. The breakfast is good and the staff during the breakfast is very keen to help do the waffle. The location is also great. I can walk out and face cute cafes and bars across the street. Around the block is the area full of historical buildings. The hotel is walkable to popular street like Armenian street, promenade and center of George town. The only comment is it would be very good to have small sofa in the room next to the bed. With the non standard room type with more usable space, it’s better to add something extra to the room. But overall is very good stay!

The hotel is located near tourist attractions and great local food spots, with very convenient transportation. The staff are lovely, kind, and provide excellent service. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and all other areas of the hotel were also spotless. I’ll definitely come back again!

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are described as spacious, with comfortable beds. Great Location: Situated close to the Jetty, bus terminal where I can ride Penang Free Bus (CAT) and various shops and restaurants. Value for Money: The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering its amenities and location.

My second time with this hotel. The only issue I have with this hotel is its narrow ramps in the hotel parking. If your car is too big, you may need to be extra careful so as not to scrape the side of your car I would like to suggest that the hotel sticks rubber at the side of the ramps so as to reduce the scrapping (damage) to the bigger cars. TQ.

Generally comfortable stay but cleanliness could be improved.

Car park : not so convenient as you need to validate your tng card at the reception to waived off the parking fee every time before you go out from the hotel. Location: walk 8-10mins to the chew jetty and Penang street art. Room: big room and clean, deluxe room is just at level 1 facing the road and Boston cafe is abit noisy in the midnight when car pass by.  Toilet is spacious and I love the rain shower!

The external of the hotel is beautiful. Location is good, close to some attractions like 姓周桥, Ferry post (pangkalan raja uda), heritage street arts, and some really cultural shop lots and aisle. It was not noisy and busy at night like Georgetown too. Room was clean and buffet was also better than expected, the variety was wide enough. The hotel is basic hotel with no gym/pool but has a free parking attached to it. Would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel convenient to the CAT bus station and ferry. Breakfast good and tasty, better than expected. Room is clean but washbasin (see photo) should be replaced. Would stay again, but in another room.

This hotel experience was beyond my expectations. Excellent locations with access to all nearby famous tourist spots. Very nice hotel lobby, nice room and super powerful air containing for hot weather in Penang!

One of my favorite hotel stay in Penang, clean, spacious, quiet, with complimentary indoor parking.
