The location was good but I didn’t like the room. The room wasn’t clean and the door lock was broken they didn’t come to fix it !

Hotel 19 was great. Very clean, friendly staff, 5 minutes walk from Little India, directly over the road from local buses which will take you all over the island. Some reviewers have complained about the traffic noise, but it didn't bother me in the slightest. Would stay here again.

A basic, budget hotel that has all the basics in the room (comfortable bed,clean shower,a/c,kettle, fridge). It's situated on a busy road and the main problem is the traffic noise all day & night. Our room was on first floor, street facing so probably the worst - I needed earplugs at night. An irritation was the 24h WiFi password, requiring a new code daily.

The room just nice, very recommended for couples. Complete basic facilities and near to the town.

Hotel 19 is good quality in terms of the price you pay - friendly & efficient staff, good room condition and convenient location.

It was such great location to close to see, we had see window view was nice at night to smell the sea

Overall the stay was good and comfortable. opposite the jetty/ferry terminal. Just walking distance to Little India, food wonders museum, street art, chew jetty, royal chulan. The path to the parking lot needs to be improved to make it safer

Overall a good experience in this hotel, especially the staff is very friendly.

okay , this was my second time there :) will probably go there again next time . Although this time the staff were not as friendly

The hotel is fine and the location is convenient. It is near the ferry dock but the rooms are dark as there is another building in front of the window

Location good, need to park at victoria garden hotel located at the back. To my suprise all booked(reserved parking with sign board) only at the roof top is without reserved sign board( 5th floor) so. Basically need to go round and round till roof top. I stayed at king room facing the jetty. The window is not sound proof , difficult to sleep as the car goes by on the stripes road producing musical sound. I dont know how to explain😅. Other than that all ok.make sure take a room opposite the road..

decent hotel with parking building sharing with sister hotel (Hotel Victoria). strategic location – right in front of Penang Jetty and bus terminal. nearby to famous places (eateries and landmarks). overall stay was okay.

nice place to stay at town area transport food easy to get, nice service reasonable price
