Very bad in terms of room condition and space

All is good. Hotel is good location. Parking is limited but available since non peak period.

Prefect friendly staff

Small room. Aircond was blowing hot air. No staff at reception after late night. Worst part is the hotel was *******. We stay in a connecting room and around 10pm there was a sound coming from next room trying to open the connecting door. And the suddenly the TV in our room was switch on. Worst experience. My wife and wife were very scared. Won't come back again

The staff are fantastic. Max, Fitri, Mehedi, Azad, Hidayah (and another nice young woman whose name I do not know) were so great during my stay there. The WiFi works well, there are plenty of places to eat in the area, I didn't smell anybody smoking (common in budget hotels). The only issue I had was with a loud guest, but it was Thaipusam week so it is likely not like that often. It's not a luxury hotel, but he staff perform like a luxury hotel staff.
