Wouldn’t recommend, we have stayed there before and it was ok. This time because we booked through Trip.com the manager would not refund us when we could not make the trip as my partner was sick (we had a medical certificate) He answer was don’t book online. He said we hadn’t given enough notice, I did try to ring the day before to cancel and got a very rude lady who said nope nothing we can do go online and fix it. Trip.com we’re not very helpful either yes they did speak with the manager but it was 24 hours after I initially rang. Wouldn’t recommend either business.

It was lovely little property. The area around the villa was stunning. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The room was a great size and had everything you need (except a microwave). It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. With a restaurant attached to the motel it is understandable that they don't want you cooking in the room but a microwave would be useful for warming things - heat pack for my sore neck. George Town is lovely with much to do and see. Sunset at 9 pm meant I had a relaxing walk after dinner.

Checking in is very smooth. Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in George Town.

We had everything we need and we were walking distance from the Main Street and our family. It would be great if there were forks in the rooms please and thank you 😊

We accidentally booked a room without a kitchen. The service was impeccable with an easy room exchange and paying the difference. The self contained unit is well set out with large living areas and gallery kitchen fully equipped. A very welcoming place wirh a great pub and dining available. The rooms were well presented, clean and spacious.

Fabulous stay, incredible views and very clean and comfortable. Shame the reception staff were less that helpful.

The style of this accommodation is old motel style.
90's bedding which makes it look older.
The bathroom had pink tiles that were cracked. Black mould in the grout.
The bathroom floor tile looked dirty
NO light in the middle of the room! A light by the window and one at the other end of the room!
Tiny bedside lamps that sat below the height of the mattress!?! useless.
A large sign stating, 'If you leave a glass, cup or a spoon dirty, you will be charged $30. Very uninviting!
Would not stay there again.
Good points: lots of clean fluffy towels.
