I was here at this hotel, a couple months back during Christmas and here I am again during Chinese new year. My first experience at this hotel wasn’t necessarily the most pleasant one but this time was a bit different. The room that was given to me was on the 11th floor and they were fully renovated without any issues.  Service was excellent this time around.  the only downside is that I had an obstructed view, facing the pool. I would prefer to have a view, facing the mountains. The facility is actually quite relaxing which I suits my relaxing mood. I’ll definitely book again.

Nice hotel with amazing view. Breakfast was also amazing. Got a cookie upon checking in. There are shuttles to GPO and genting skyway. Downside is that we were not informed that the pool will be closed for maintenance.

Good size room, great view, average breakfast, not much room service or at counter, shuttle service good, very much enjoyed new year program, not much food for vegetarian in restaurant, kids swimming pool very good.

Many Ants and Insects in the room.
Room has a musky smell.
Housekeeping threw away a bag of socks that I bought - I reported to the Reception about this matter but no follow up.
- although it is very expensive but I need to buy new ones as I ran out of socks

Good location and higher floor view is very impressive, they provided shuttle bus to premium outlet, kids all love hotel. A comment from shower, water being very hot or suddenly cold water.

Very pleasant stay👍👍👍 although there is free shuttle bus to the premium outlet, it is not really that convenient because you'll have to still take cable car up to genting. but because of staying at awana, i got to see beautiful views when i was in the cable car🤩🤩🤩
