As the highway offers the shortest and most convenient route to popular areas like Bukit Indah and beyond, toll usage is sometimes unavoidable. While alternative routes are available, they may take longer and could be less convenient. Unfortunately, toll charges are beyond our control, but we do hope the ease of access balances out the experience.Regarding the toilet size and lack of hanging space, we truly appreciate your input and will share this with our team for future improvement. We completely understand how unsettling it must have been for you and your family when returning late at night to find the surrounding shoplots occupied by foreign workers and their personal items visible around the buildings. Unfortunately, as our hotel is located in an industrial area that is still developing, the activity around the shoplots is something beyond our direct control.That said, we take your concern seriously. Our security team is on duty 24/7 and we continue to work with the local authorities to improve the environment outside the hotel so that it better matches the comfort and safety we provide inside.
