I travel significantly across Europe for work and this is one of the worst experience's I have had with either and Apar**ent or Hotel ever.
1. Apar**ent had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apar**ent put right.
2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking
3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apar**ent block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned.
4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apar**ents showed me what I needed
p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apar**ents.
5. Information on the back of the door of the apar**ent is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apar**ent - fortunately I know where to look, others will not.
6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved.
The apar**ent and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.
