Apartinfo Waterlane Apartments

I travel significantly across Europe for work and this is one of the worst experience's I have had with either and Apar**ent or Hotel ever. 1. Apar**ent had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apar**ent put right. 2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking 3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apar**ent block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned. 4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apar**ents showed me what I needed p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apar**ents. 5. Information on the back of the door of the apar**ent is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apar**ent - fortunately I know where to look, others will not. 6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved. The apar**ent and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.

Irritating to have to pick up and drop off keys on a different location then the apar**ent. Good location very close/ in old town. Hard beds.

My first time booking apar**ent instead of hotel. Very pleased, lovely clean place in the heart of Gdansk.

Das Apar**ent war gut ausgestattet, man konnte fußläufig die lange Straße, in der sich der Neptun-Brunnen befindet, erreichen. 1 min entfernt vom Apar**ent gibt es ein Żabka-Geschäft. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenso klasse. Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen gibt es dennoch, denn wir hatten anfangs große Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen der Eingangstür, diese hat erwas geklemmt. Zudem muss man beim Einchecken und Auschecken ein wenig gehen, da die Schlüsselübergabe woanders stattfindet. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt top.
