Really great for a place to sleep before an early flight. Yes it’s small, but didn’t feel claustrophobic as a solo traveller. Such a good shower with hot water too!

It's a very convenient place to rest in a comfortable and clean place. Especially if you must rest well because the next day you need to take a new flight. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent, I will recommend it and I will stay whenever I need it.

Very convenient for a late flight into Gatwick - just enough space for me and my luggage. Good value for money and comfy bed. The only criticism I have really is the green light that stays on all night and gets reflected from the mirror. I had to cover it up with a spare pillow and my coat otherwise the room felt too light.

Great option to stay as close as possible to the airport when you have to travel early in the morning
Everything you need it there, comfortable bed, hot shower, tv, free tea and coffee, it's clean, quiet, mm problem

Not somewhere I'll visit again. It felt very cramped and unclean. Quite noisy too making for an uncomfortable night.

I booked last minute due to a missed flight, and despite arriving at 11.30 at night, check-in was no issue. The capsule was comfortable and gave me a needed rest which made the sudden change of plans more bearable

It’s okay for one night. TV didn’t work. The whole place doesn’t look very clean. There should be an additional hand towel.

Every square inch was well utilized. Great use of space. Clean, warm and quiet. I totally forgot I’m inside a busy bustling airport.

Stayed here as missed a connecting flight and had to be up early to fly the next morning. It’s so well located for south Terminal and has all the basics you need. It’s not that easy to sleep as people are coming and going at all times but it was a good price and a very convenient location.
