This area is wonderful. We ate at the Olive Garden which is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel and staff was great the only problem we had -and I reported it-was the pillows on the bed were FLAT. Unable to sleep due to that and woke up with a bad headache. Everything else was great

Checked in, saw my room, and checked out. Not in good condition at all. Very sketchy/unsafe feeling area.

It smells bad. The tub was nasty. I had to go to store and get some cleaning products.

We stayed at the property on 10/6/23 and left a few objects in the room. I called the next day 10/07/23 after check out when we discovered them missing. It was later in the day. I was informed they took our number and that they found one object. I told them where the other object was and they told me the supervisor would be on staff on Monday 10-9-23 to call back then as it might be in her lock box. I called back and they did not find the object AND had rented the room out. Why would you rent the room knowing a guest left something in there and you haven’t recovered it yet. This COMPANY STOLE OR LET OUR OBJECT GET STOLEN WITH NO REGARDS!!! Don’t stay here don’t waste your money!! The bed was falling apart on one side the whole mattress was coming apart. You don’t get any amenities and when you ask they act like they don’t want to give you anything.

The instant smell of mold when I walked into the room almost made me leave, but I reminded myself it’s only one night… you could feel the moisture in the air from the air conditioner. It’s so gross. The hard floor feels weird and sticky. It’s probably ridden with mold underneath it.

The check in check out staff were great so friendly and helpful.
We felt very safe even tho we were in an unfamiliar place. Will certainly look here again when we come back

we initially had an issue with our room upon checkin, but the staff was amazing and quickly resolved the issue. rooms are quiet and you dont hear neighboring rooms.

Bugs in the bathroom and faucet in the tube continuing to drip and back door keep pad doesn’t work. When asked about they said it is a hit or miss when it works.
