The customer is not valued here. Me and my husband spent $1,200 for a 1 night stay plus a cabana rental because we have an infant. $429 for room + $707 for a deluxe cabana. We called 3x times to their posted customer service line on their website to reiterate the deluxe cabana option for $707 which was to come with food and drinks. We spent from 10am to 6:30pm that day asking management to review the call to “prove” we bought the deluxe package… we had texts receipts, but they “needed to listen to the voice recording” to prove we were indeed told we had the deluxe package. Apparently, the reservation line is a 3rd party and they had to put in a request to have them review the call. Management felt it was proper to hold our drinks all day until we were leaving the cabana to get our infant to the room because they still hadn’t verified with their third party. Then the drinks came and we were told we had to drink them at the cabana and couldn’t bring them to the room because it’s against policy. The service from our server, really amazing… it wasn’t his fault and he was so kind. I’m severely dissatisfied with management and our first experience here. please note, that even at check out, they hadn’t reviewed the call and made us feel as if we were cheating them or getting things for free. No, great wolf lodge, I was told three 3x that the $707 price was for the deluxe cabana tier. The basic and stock fridge options were in the $500 range. Such a bad experience, will not return.
