My family had a blast at Great Wolf this past weekend. The customer service was excellent, everyone had a smile, ready to help, and safety was a priority for the entire staff.
There were plenty of dining option on-site, but it was in a prime location close to outside dining and other attractions in the area.
The room was large and clean, shower was a tad small, but the powerful shower head made up for the size.
I was happy to see that it was more than a hotel with an amazing waterpark underneath it as well, there were activities and events throughout each day and tons of picture opportunities. Many hotels charge a resort fee, but this is the first place I was happy to pay it because it was worth it for what you get. Don't let that deter you from booking here, Great Wolf has become my favorite destination in Anaheim now, and it will likely become the only place my family ever stays going forward.

We stayed here for in jan 2024. Please keep in mind this hotel is geared towards kids and families. Great place. Big rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff. The kids absolutely loved it. Not just mine. I did not see 1 sad kid there , at any point, ever. It was like they were all at a summer camp ! The water park was more than i expected. Lots of varieties of pools , parks and slides . It was a blast. We did not eat there, we were always going out to disneyland and other places . This is a "cashless " property. No cash at all, so just keep that in mind. And its quiet after 11pm !! That was a bonus . Had a great time . Would highly recommend for families.

I have never had so many billing issues, I will never stay there again. To many people in the pool area it wasn't safe

This place is so expensive for anything. They implemented a new computer system for the restaurants on a weekend and it was a disaster. The restaurants were all backed up, food was cold and sloppy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the rooms are a little run down. Our hot water in the shower would make a loud rumbling sound in the wall that sounded like a jackhammer. The shower gel pump was broken. The fridge wasn’t cold and the dial to turn it cold was broken. The water park was fine and well guarded so that was nice.

I only gave it a 4 star because one of the neighbors complained at 9:30 pm that my kids were being too loud. It’s literally a kids hotel and you’re going to be mad kids are loud?!
Other than that it was an amazing deal, idk about when it’s busy season but right now(in January) we payed $600 for 2 nights with water park included. 1 day at the water park for us would’ve been $400 and the fact We were able to go to the water park before we check in and after we check out makes it so worth it to just get a room especially if you have small babies that need naps half way through the day. Everything inside is really expensive though, the arcade was the only thing that really bummed me out because they charge SOOOO MUCH. $100 was gone with 5 games. That was a little rediculous but other than that we ate at the snack bar for lunch which is pretty reasonable and actually good, but for dinner we left the property. We will definitely go back! Very memorable!!! The kids had the time of their life!

The customer service and friendliness of all the staff was amazing! The restaurant offered great options at very fair prices. The kids meals were huge and inexpensive which was a nice change compared to other restaurants in the area!
